+strategic +easy mall access +easy locker access +unit not too high on the 5th floor +nice view facing the pool +comfortable +AC works well and cool +affordable +lots of supermarkets nearby -there is hair in the drawer but it's okay, not too disturbing -water in the toilet is small -no blanket for those who want late check-out, there is an additional fee. recommended 👍🏻

“Staying like camping”
There was no utensils in the flat: no plates, no glass, no forks-spoons, no towels, bucket, not even blankets! When we requested them, the host provided with low qualities (plastic plates, glass, forks) and only for 2, despite we were 3 people! The flat was dirty, pillows were smelly, the AC was not cold enough and dripped water, and we suspected that the bedsheet was not changed. We stayed for a week, so it was a struggle to stay there, and we stay like camping as we need to provide everything by ourselves. The host clearly did not care for the comfort of the tenants. NOT recommended at all....

There was no bed, only a mattress, dirty sheets, and pillowcases, a lot of hair remnants, the tap water was dirty, the air conditioning was not cold and was leaking, the room had an unpleasant smell. During my hotel or apartment bookings on Agoda, this one was the worst, and I do not recommend it at all. Originally, I booked for 2 nights, but I checked out after the first night.
