This hotel is located within 3 minutes to Tremini rail station and metro. Very nice staff, breakfast is delicious with lots of choices! The room was nice with big bathroom. Clean and comfortable beds. The only thing is the a/c is off at this time of the season (March), so it’s a bit stuffy and very warm in the room, we had the window open all the time. There is a specific electricity system when you have to insert a room key to be able to turn on lights. Also, be careful everyone outside as it’s near the station so lots of sketchy people out there.

Location is superb near Termini though surrounding areas are a safety concern and hotel has many security officers at the door but the one we spoke to when almost got snatched just outside hotel area doesnt speak English ( he said) . Room clean/new and breakfast extensive , shower area is very slippery without a bath mat ( safety concerns ) and hotel doesnt provide that . Staff very friendly and helpful at all areas . TV lacks English movie channels only News. Overall the staff are the key draw , their smiles will draw us back ,and the central location . Overall good service .

The hotel is in a central location with a lot of eatries nearby. It's just 5 mins walk from Roma Termini train station where we took Leonardo Express train from Rome Fiumicino Airport which took approximately 30mins. We reached the hotel early and the room wasn't ready yet however the staff was happy to check us in and helped to keep our luggages at the hotel so that we may continue with our travel plan. We were given interconnecting rooms and our room is clean and we were satisfied with our stay.

I stayed at a cost-effective 3-star hotel in Florence, and then I decided to splurge a bit at a 4-star hotel in Rome! But is there really such a big difference with just one extra star..? The feeling was completely different from the start! I was very satisfied with the Florence hotel and checked out, but as soon as I entered this hotel, I couldn't help but say "Wow"... I think it was a popular hotel among many business professionals as well. Starting from the front desk, the staff welcomed us very kindly. When we checked in, we had to choose between a room on the 1st or 4th floor, and since I wasn't sure which was better, I hesitated, but they kindly offered to let us see the rooms first before deciding. In the end, we checked into a room on the 1st floor, which was spacious, the bathroom was large, and everything was clean without any dirt. The bedding condition was also good. I didn’t have any inconveniences during my stay, but there was a slightly humid feeling for some reason..? This didn’t go away even with the air conditioning running, which was a bit puzzling. Anyway, I also tried the breakfast, and there were a wide variety of breads, hams, fruits, etc., with great quality, making it fun to fill my plate with whatever I wanted! There was always a guard at the hotel entrance, so I felt at ease when coming back after going out! Overall, I think this accommodation was worth the money, and I would want to recommend this hotel to others! ㅎㅎ

“위치 좋고 깨끗하고 친절한 스텝”
가장 큰 장점은 위치입니다. 테르미니역 3분 거리이다 보니 어딜가든지 편했고 버스 이동 투어 시 걸어서 이동가능했어요. 대신 늦은 시간까지 창밖이 살짝 시끄럽지만 관광객들이야 피곤하니 금방 잠드실거에요(전 그랬어요 ㅎㅎ) 매일 룸 클리닝 서비스 해주고 특별히 스텝들이 정말 친절합니다. 체크아웃하고도 짐 맡기는것도 가능하고 로비에 앉아있을 공간이 많아 더위피해 좀 쉬다가 갔어요. 와이파이 잘 되고 전반적으로 깨끗해요. 방은 클래식한 느낌은 없잖아 있지만 불편한 점 없어요. 단 아시다시피 물빠지는데가 없다보니 화장실 바닥이 미끄러워요 조심 또 조심하세요! The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. It’s just a 3-minute walk from Termini Station, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. I even joined a bus tour and could walk to the pickup point with no problem. That said, it can get a bit noisy outside at night—but as a tired tourist, I fell asleep right away, so it wasn’t an issue for me :) The room was cleaned daily, and the staff were especially friendly and helpful. After check-out, they stored my luggage, and there was plenty of seating in the lobby, which was great for taking a break and staying out of the heat before leaving. The Wi-Fi worked well, and everything was generally very clean. The room had a slightly classic feel to it, but nothing uncomfortable. Just a heads-up: since there’s no separate shower area, the bathroom floor can get quite slippery—so be careful!
