"We are a family of 3 with a 21 month old boy stayed at Silks Place Yilan Hotel for 4 days (3 nights). We chose this hotel because our son loves cars! However, he is too little to ride on the auto cars as he couldn't step on the peddle continuously or to steer the wheel properly. As parents we either band down the whole time or to choose those non-auto cars. The slides there are also too high for our child. Moreover, the opening hour of the Fantastic Castle conflicted with our schedule. It opens sometime at 8/9am closes at 11am and reopen at 3pm until 8:30pm. By the time we finish breakfast, it's almost time to close for the morning. Glad that The Club opens throughout the day, we could enjoy indoor heated pool swimming. Free movie is an awesome idea but if the hotel can provide babysitting service would be better. Other than that the facilities and staffs are super helpful!! Their warm smiles totally melt my heart. I can't wait to go back again when my son gets older. "

"I and my friend stayed japanese style room cause i have 10 months old baby. we were totally satisfied room condition and hot spring. in the morning we were in hurry so i left my baby pants. i called to the hotel and asked whether they can mail it to me. the staff who name was eric wang, he helped me to find it so i let him know my shop address in taiwan(now im living in yilan county). but i got the package that day! eric brought my baby's pants to our shop! what a surprised! i was so touched their kindness and hope everybody enjoy the hotel. I recommend bring the swinsuit and swin cap. cuz i couldnt go to the hot spring swimming pool. so shamed. next time i will go to evergreen hotel with the swimsuit definetly. "

"This time we visit Yilan. First night stayed at RSL. The best hotel to stay in Suao .....is here! With cold and hot springs bath tubs, sumptuous dinner and breakfast, a relaxing massage, very friendly and helpful staff, will definitely come back again! "

"After many visits to Yilan, we finally found our perfect getaway in Yu Peng Villa. The stay was comfortable, service was professional and helpful, the villa itself is amazing. Modern style architectures surrounded by beautiful mountain hills, with no neighbours in sight. photos won't do any justice. We had a wonderful and relaxed weekend, will come again, thanks!"

"my friend and i just stayed one night in the Hotel. they have good services, we have two big luggages, they sent a van came to train station to pick up us back to hotel. the room is clean, in the night there is a good view from our window. the hotel has its own spring area for all guests, it divieded into public area and men and women separated area. it's very convenient for different people. and this hotel is not far from the station, just 1-2km, it was a nice choice. "
