Sandy Springs hotels & accommodations
Good location. Close to shopping and restaurants .Nice breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. One negative thing was that after usiing the shower, we found water leaking out of the shower and left a small puddle on the bathroom floor.
Full of information. Staff willing to help. I love how our room set up! Everything was convenient.
I chose this place because of the location being directly across the street from where I needed to be. It was great also to be close to all needed amenities and on main roads for quick access to other areas. The elevators are terrifying. Clunky and filthy. Worst I have ever seen. Rooms are not perfectly clean. Dirty mirrors, plugged bath tubs, constant dripping of tap...
The check in was unable to find my reservation. I booked with a 3rd party and was told I needed to call them. The desk associates were not responsive and did not seem to care it took me over an hour to check in. My 3rd party was calling in and they kept putting the calls on hold. It did not get answered until I said something
I stayed in the suites with my two young children while my husband was away on business. The staff was fantastic and so sweet to my kids. We’ve stayed there before and had a great experience both times.
With very little time for research, I booked the hotel for myself, a friend and my puppy to escape Hurricane Irma based solely on rate and location. So I was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel and its grounds were lovely, room cozy and clean, and the staff warm and welcoming. The entire hotel was full of fellow evacuees and their dogs, and everyone from the front d...
Driving into the parking lot is confusing. Please add a road sign to explain that you have to do a u-turn to get in. Also, there were only cookies in the lobby on one afternoon. Maybe increase the amount and keep them out longer?
This hotel was ok for the price but I probably would not stay there again. It was a bit old and a bit noisy. We changed rooms after the first night because the first room faced the interstate and was noisy. The hotel did have a fitness center and swimming pool but the equipment was old and the chairs at the pool were broken. The staff was nice. The breakfast was o...
A half hour to check in. Got a room change to a handicap. Only thing that was handicapped was three bars in tub. Woke up next morning to a leaking pipe in bathroom. Reported it. I was admitted to the hospital and when my husband returned the leak was not fixed. He was there for four nights. They finally fixed the leak the last night. A horrible experience.
I enjoyed my time. The room was cozy and seemed clean enough up until but we spotted a few roaches. The staff was nice but we asked for things we some times did not get. I loved the fact the room came with a cook in kitchen. So overall not a bad stay I just DO NOT do critters.
Housekeeping never came. Quiet place, nice room but I wouldn’t go there again
