"I enjoyed my time. The room was cozy and seemed clean enough up until but we spotted a few roaches. The staff was nice but we asked for things we some times did not get. I loved the fact the room came with a cook in kitchen. So overall not a bad stay I just DO NOT do critters."

"With very little time for research, I booked the hotel for myself, a friend and my puppy to escape Hurricane Irma based solely on rate and location. So I was pleasantly surprised to find the hotel and its grounds were lovely, room cozy and clean, and the staff warm and welcoming. The entire hotel was full of fellow evacuees and their dogs, and everyone from the front desk to the servers to the valet and bellman went out of their way to make a difficult situation a little brighter. Thank you! "

"This is an old apartment complex turned Extended Stay.... doesn’t have the concrete walls of a hotel. Was up half the night because of the person above us ‘creaking’ around the floors. Staff was very friendly, room was clean... just dated and noisy."

"A half hour to check in. Got a room change to a handicap. Only thing that was handicapped was three bars in tub. Woke up next morning to a leaking pipe in bathroom. Reported it. I was admitted to the hospital and when my husband returned the leak was not fixed. He was there for four nights. They finally fixed the leak the last night. A horrible experience. "

"I chose this place because of the location being directly across the street from where I needed to be. It was great also to be close to all needed amenities and on main roads for quick access to other areas. The elevators are terrifying. Clunky and filthy. Worst I have ever seen. Rooms are not perfectly clean. Dirty mirrors, plugged bath tubs, constant dripping of taps that I asked for repair and it never happened. Mattress was feeling like it could be replaced. The gym was very basic, some hand weights and some cardio pieces. Then wipes in the gym were stone dry so it made me scared to touch the equipment, considering how grimy the rest of the hotel is. basic things like toilet paper holders and metal frames around the elevator buttons were rusty, scuffed, kicked in. They could easily be replaced. Free breakfast was your standard fare. I tried the eggs of the first day, found myself sick the rest of the day. So didn’t bother again. Next time, I would stay at a better hotel."
