Best hotels & accommodations in North West, England
Booked an executive 1 bed apartment but when we checked in the receptionist advised she was upgrading us to an executive 2 bed which was brilliant. The staff are all really friendly. I have stayed at many of the apartments in Manchester and this was by far the best, its very convenient for Piccadilly station and the main shopping area. We had breakfast which was real...
The staff are so friendly from the exceptional men who greet you on arrival to the staff at breakfast. Everyone is really friendly. Rooms are beautifully decorated and a fully stocked mini bar with the best complimentary biscuits we've ever had! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of city. Even though you are central you wouldn't know it as it's real...
We were delighted with our choice for this visit to Manchester. We didnt want to stay in the centre but wanted to be within walking distance. The location is perfect. The hotel is spotless clean and bright and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed for two nights. On arrival we were greeted by a lovely receptionist. Our room was lovely. It was bright...
I was visiting my sister in hospital and asked the staff for directions, transport, the costs etc, they knew everything!! After many hours at the hospital, I went back to the hotel had food and drinks which were very good quality, facilities were brilliant and a good nights sleep was had. Breakfast was lovely and plenty of choice! all the staff were professional, polite...
what a gorgeous hotel! You can easily get lost through the halls because it's so huge but you really wouldn't mind because the decor is amazing! We got a fantastic deal, saving a couple of hundred pounds which was fab! The staff were exceptional, we arrived early so couldn't check in yet and the lady at reception seeing we were suited and booted for a wedding offered t...
We got a small cozy room that is very comfortable to stay in. Room is very clean too. The hotel is very near to buses (as well as the central bus station), and train stations (Liverpool lime street station that connects Liverpool to other cities in England, and Liverpool James street station) that brings you to key tourist attractions in Liverpool. If your intention is...
This hotel is so convenient walking to the city areas. It just behind lime street station. The room is not so fanastic but that the price you pay for a 3 stars hotel. The receptionists are so friendly and helpful. One of the best one her name is Lynn. She provided me alot of good info. I will definitely come back again. Super recommended for anyone who wana convenient ...
Superb hotel, quality rooms- very comfortable. The spa is wonderful, lovely friendly staff. Good nights sleep -superb sized bed and quiet for a city location. Turn down service a nice touch. This is the best hotel in Manchester- and I have tried most of them- no need to look anywhere else. Will be back soon when I visit family up north. Highly recommended.
I stay just one day in Single room. The employees were kind and the facility was good. It is located near by Picadilly station. It takes 5min to get there by walk. You cant miss it while walking to north of the station. Desipite oneday, It is the best hotel among them i stayed.
I had to book here last minute due to my air bnb host going awol on me... ON MY BDAY! Anyway thanks goodness! It was a blessing. This aparthoted had all the same facilities if not better. Staff where friendly. We stay in the signature studio which I think is the entry level for this hotel and it was beautiful! I was able to cool everyday and enjoy a powerful shower in ...
The hotel is really hard to locate (especially if they have the neon sign off), it gets lost in a myriad of signs for restaurants and bars that share the building. But when you finally get in, you are struck by its grandeur, it is clearly a hotel that was built to be a hotel. It's not a converted house or office block. There are lots of stairs and the lifts are rath...
we stayed at doubletree hilton in manchester for two nights. the hotel was clean and everyone was friendly, but for the price i would have stayed somewhere else which was closer to the city center. the location of this hotel is good if you need to be near the piccadilly station, otherwise it was a bit difficult to get to the hotel from and to other spots in the c...
Arrived through the ?Queensway tunnel from the Wirral, and found it easily: Moorfields parking just off Dale Street to the right, and the hotel less than 5 minutes walk away off the same street to the left (North John Street). Very noisy in Reception, owing to a large group of loud ?Dutchmen who had arrived shortly before, but staff member apologised for the wait and c...
Loved stating here. Apartment was spothers and bed comfortable. Central location put us within walking distance of most of the sights. we were in 101 and did not have an issue with street noise. Would definitely be booking these apartments again.
I am very, very happy with this hotel! Rebecca from the front desk was a darling! She has consistently been from check in to check out. The room was beautiful and amazing. Housekeeping did a good job at keeping the rooms clean. The hotel is perfectly located in the city center—it's close to the dock and the touristy sites, but still at a location that is quiet and not ...
Room was available when we arrive at 1 30pm which was a bonus. Check in was smooth and quick - reception staff friendly. Room was spacious. Huge bed and very comfortable. Room was spotless. Lovely bathroom with large shower and a separate deep bath which was so relaxing. Nice touches with free toiletries that are large sizes and absolutely lush - good quality and you a...
i have stayed in hotels all over the world from us, thailand, singapore france, germany hong kong etc and this without a doubt was the best value for money than all i have stayed in. this is not to say the accommodation was of low end cheap quality it was not. all fixtures new and of decent quality. i was amazed by the size and quality of rooms and for the price. consi...
We love the location, which is right next to Piccadilly Station. Despite its busy location, the hotel is fairly quiet most of the time, except for a few squeaky trains pulling in/out of the station, and a random crew dismantling metal barricades and loading them onto a truck at 4am. For such a central location, the room rate is surprisingly competitive, especially for...
I booked a fri-sun getaway BEFORE reading the less than favourable reviews of The Works and my heart sank at the thought of a two night stay there with every other reviewer claiming that the staff were rude, rooms not up to scratch and more alarmingly, the sheer noise level coming from the nightclubs/revellers on the street below meant guests were unable to sleep at al...
We stayed in this hotel overnight having arrived late from Tel Aviv. My partner had taken ill whilst away and had to use a wheelchair which was provided by the airport. The special assistance therefore was not requested by us from the hotel in advance. We had booked a standard double. On arrival we were whisked through the check in and given a free upgrade to a junior...
I have stayed here many times and must say it is one of my favourite hotels to stay in, check in takes around a minute, It is a large hotel with easy lift access, a nice bar and pool tables. It has a gym and sauna which I don't tend to use but they are very cheap for guests. Perfect location for shopping or a 3 minute walk to the train station and main tram stops etc. ...
Heywood House Hotel is a good choice for people who want to stay in the City Centre of Liverpool rather than going West to the Docks. You couldn't really ask for a better location. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and well-known attractions e.g. the Cavern Club. Albert Docks is a short walk from the hotel. I had quite a big room in comparison to the price I ...
I paid £30 for my room online, for which I received a room with tea and coffee making facilities, am emsuite of shower, sink and toilet, free soap, loo rolls etc, and a clean room with a telly on the wall, and a comfortable bed. I note other people's remarks about a shabby first impression, but it should be noted that the vast amount of money required to really do the ...
Stay at the hotel was pleaseant experience, the staff were so polite and nice! From the day we arrived till check out we were looked after to the best level. Location of the hotel is the best of all as we get to go out and experience the best of what Lake District have to offer. Only down side what I felt was the Restaurant dinner menu, it was limited options and fo...
We needed to book for a one night stay with breakfast..The Liner hotel was a recommendtion from my sister ..I cannot tell you how pleased we were with the accommodation .absolute value for money everyone was so helpful and great surroundings and rooms ...couldn't fault anything ...and just a very short walk to the station and the shops ...thankyou to the staff at the L...
The location is great. Lime Street Station is just a 5 minute walk to the north and Chinatown is a 5-10 minute walk to the south. As the hotel is along a major street, there was some noise from the traffic during the day and people shouting at night. There is a bus lane outside the hotel so we had to park along a side street one block away (next to Tesco Express). Ther...
I booked Hope Street Hotel for my boyfriends 30th as we were going to a music concert at the Liverpool Academy and wanted to stay somewhere close enough to walk to the venue. We know Liverpool well as we live on the Wirral and we already knew that the area would be ideal for what we needed. From the outside the hotel is very understated and you could easily walk by w...
Stayed w/e end January for a show at the Opera House. Had booked well in advance so two double internal rooms were just £120.00. Upgraded on arrival for £10 each room for rooms with a view. V spacious and comfortable. Hotel has a restaurant and 24he bar, though we doesn't use either as we ate/drank out. It's about a 10-15 Min walk to the Opera House and about anot...
We just missed our train, supposedly it just a day trip from London to Liverpool. After we missed our train, we looking for a wifi to check any available hotel through Agoda. Since this is an emergency so we decided to stay at budget hotel which average at £50 per nights. What made us shock is this such beautiful hotel just cost us at £37 only or just Rm 200 per nights...
We had an amazing one night stay here we were on the 17th floor and had a fantastic view of the city the room was clean and cosy. We checked in early and made our way into the city when back we went to the spa which was lovely not amazing or the best one I've been to but the views were great. We then headed to the executive lounge for drinks and canapés which were very...
Cheapest hotels in North West, England
Great place for the price, only 15 minutes walk to city centre, a bit further to Goodison for the football (or Anfield if you're that way inclined). Good beds, heating great, loads of communal spaces for tv etc. Basic free breakfast was a nice suprised, toast/cereal/coffee or tea. Good hostel experience!
The Coppermines hostel is at the top of a very rough track out of Coniston village which I would not like to have to negotiate in the dark. Plenty of space to park, though. Facilities are hostel basic, but very clean, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. They provided a lovely two-course dinner (with vegetarian option) for £9.95 which saved the hassle of goin...
Good base if one wants to mountain climb, socialise and some quietness. I is located far away from town centre, with no wifi and lines for phone calls. Nice place for quiet time and chill with family members. To get into place, the last 1 mile is on a 1 way rough laterite road, a chanlleges if one uses a small city car, otherwise not an issue. All in all good value...
the staff is very kind heart and very helpful. i booking wrongly date but she help me to fixed my booking on that day i arrived..very recommended
I stayed in a 4 bed room, though there were only 3 of us in the room on the night I stayed. I wasn't keen on the ensuite bathroom - it is like being on a ship. I would prefer a bathroom away from the room, due to the noise of the fan and shower etc. I would guess if you were a light sleeper and there were more people in the room this could be quite annoying. There was ...
You must go there
The people who work there are genuinely friendly and really work to make your experience one worth remembering. I stayed in the camping pods outside and it was cosy and cute. The facilities were always clean no matter what time it was. The self catering kitchen is nice and big so there wasn't a time were we had to wait in a queue to eat. It's great value for money. It'...
I stayed for 6 day, it was nice stay. This is actually a hostel. The place is near the city centre, and as Liverpool is a walkable city, the place located at the very central. The room was clean, a little small, but the private toilet was spacious. The wall was a bit thin, sometimes you can hear somebody laughing out loud from room next door. But luckily I my neig...
Brilliant team of staff ,
The staff and facilities at Eskdale YHA are excellent and the welcome was warm. My sons loved the setting and the space to roam around. It is a safe and secure environment where parents can relax a little letting the kids roam around. The hostel facilities are clean, new and well cared for. The nature trail is in need of a little TLC with some things needing repairs, b...
The staff and facilities were fantastic, we really wish we booked for longer
Friendly people welcomed us. We got a six bed bedroom only for us four. It was great to have extra space. Despite the fact that the place was full! Beautiful area! Very close to the lakes. Don't forget your bathing suits!
Booked a private room and was give a private room with 4 bunk beds. the room is clean with attached bath and toilet, bedsheets, pillows and blankets are all clean. GBP1 to rent a towel, very affordable. There's a F&B outlet at level one. The best thing about this place is it's location. It is literally in the shopping area with many many many shops, restaurants and wa...
I might have under rated the facilities. The hostel was quite full when I visited, yet there was no waiting for a bathroom. This might have been because, instead of one or two big bathrooms there are lots of small shower cubicles and separate toilets in pairs, situated next to the various dormitories. I didn't use a shower but if, despite being small, they have everyth...
The place has a nice view and hence lots of the playing area including a Football ground. However, they can have more clean rooms and better self catering kitchen
I booked "a bed in a mixed dorm" as no female dorm available as I booked so last minute, it comes out staying in a 6-bed ensuite room with all girls that make me feel convenient. The room is quite spacious and clean as well as the bathroom, just the motion sensor for the lighting of the bathroom is too not sensitive and the time period is too short so the light keeps s...
I stayed here because I came to see Liverpool played and it's only a 3-minute walk distance to Anfield. Kitchen wasn't clean, the view outside my room was terrible, the staff was cheerful and helpful. The bar downstair is a great place to hang out after match.
esay to find the place, very quiet environment, self catering kitchen and dining room are fabulous plenty of shower rooms and and bathrooms clean and not crowded very nice hotel at cheap price
I didn't have second thoughts of booking in this hostel just after I read the reviews and saw from the pictures where the location was. I wanted a place out of London in a place like this. So relaxing as ever. Wish I had the time to stay longer. Great location especially the view overlooking the lake and seeing all the swans ducks. Helpful staffs. A good restaurant jus...
The owner were really kind and helpful. They have kitchen for us to cook our meal. The room was clean and big enough for 3 of us.
clean and cosy hostel with everything you need. WiFi was down at the time of my stay but that wasn't necessarily a bad thing - we kept ourselves entertained in the hostels bar and played a few board games they have to lend. The kitchen was well equipped so food prep was easy. We didn't buy food from their menu, but it did look good! This hostel is set within a beautifu...
Absolutely delightful. The staff are the friendliest people I have met in all my travels, and they are ever so willing to make your stay a comfortable and homely one. They know everything you could possibly want to know about Liverpool, and will do their best to cater for your every need. Very impressed and will most certainly be returning.
Very comfortable and clean with friendly and welcoming staff. I would happily recoomend this hostel to others and look forward to staying there again one day.
Great location , excellent staff. Bunk mattresses, bedding need a recharge, but manageable. For the price couldn't complain. If your someone who wants to sleep early this may not b the best or request a dorm on a higher floor not affected by the music vibrations from its connecting bar basement club, especially weekend as dj goes until 3am. I had a good experience at Hatters! I would like to give a special compliment to two staffs who were very attentive. Bobbi always helped me with anything that I needed. And Lukas too, great at the job he does and goes beyond what we asked to help us get the best experience, that kind of contributor we say that wears the company shirt and makes things happen.
Simon was super friendly and couldnt do enough to help in any way he could. Hostel had brilliant facilities, very central, and very clean.
We booked a triple room for a mum, a dad and an 17 year old for 4 nights. Upon checking in, we were greeted by the owner and given Wi-Fi password. The lady also kindly helped with the luggage. We stayed in Room which had 3 single beds, 2 wardrobe, a TV and a huge radiator behind our beds. They provided hangers, which was nice, but we couldn't use most of them as th...
share a small bathroom, no wifi, no off street parking, u actually feel like driving away b4 u even go in, if u want cheap clean bed ok but that's as good as it gets
Excellent location at the Lancaster City Center. Budget hotel. Tiny rooms. No toiletries at all. No bottled water even. But there is a vending machine in the building and a Tesco which remains open till 11pm just under the building. Very hispotable staff and every smiling service.
4-star hotels in North West, England
Booked an executive 1 bed apartment but when we checked in the receptionist advised she was upgrading us to an executive 2 bed which was brilliant. The staff are all really friendly. I have stayed at many of the apartments in Manchester and this was by far the best, its very convenient for Piccadilly station and the main shopping area. We had breakfast which was real...
It was bright...
we stayed at doubletree hilton in manchester for two nights. the hotel was clean and everyone was friendly, but for the price i would have stayed somewhere else which was closer to the city center. the location of this hotel is good if you need to be near the piccadilly station, otherwise it was a bit difficult to get to the hotel from and to other spots in the c...
We were doubled booked at another hotel and Agoda booked us into the Old England Hotel. We were very pleased we ended up at this hotel. On arrival concierge took our keys and parked the car for us. Then we met really friendly reception staff. Our room was a deluxe King and it was right on the lake an amazing view. Afternoon tea was huge and served in the hotel bar full...
The hotel must be an old building, but completely refurbished by now. Maybe the reception/parking level looks old from the outside. The room was nice, big, convenient. It was somewhat cold for my taste, but it's England. Breakfast was good, full English (I didn't try the continental selection). Staff really friendly, very quick check-in, even quicker check-out. ...
We have been staying at Clayton's (formerly Bewleys) every year since it opened at Manchester Airport before flying back to the States. We always felt relaxed and comfortable, and it had everything we could want. We'd start with a late afternoon cappuccino in the lounge, and after a little rest, had a beard ate in the dining room. We would have two favorite appetize...
Spacious, cosy, comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. I have stayed at different hotels in Liverpool. This is the best one! Very good value for money, perfect location, good customer service and very clean.
I booked this hotel for me and my partner for his birthday weekend away. I requested a big bed and a view if possible to make it an enjoyable experience for us both and the hotel accommodated both things so really grateful for that. The room was lovely and big, bed was comfortable, bathroom spacious and clean shower was also good. A fridge was provided so we could put ...
Fantastic stay from start to finish! As soon as we arrived we were greeted by such wonderful friendly staff. We were absolutely blown away by the Hotel the detail that has gone into this Hotel was amazing. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable with an excellent view of Old Trafford. Was that good wanted to stay another night but was fully booked. Have booked to re...
Liverpool was fantastic, Adagio was fantastic. Everything and Everywhere was fantastic. The hotel was different, never been able to cook in a hotel room before, this was the first time. All four of us thought that was a good idea. The beds were comfortable, the whole hotel was spotlessly clean, not a bit of dust anywhere. We're coming back next year. Same hotel
Lovely hotel large room and bathroom unfortunately they stop serving food at 10pm just as we arrived back from seeing the artist at the nearby Apollo venue the bar was filled with people wanting something to eat, we had a drink and went to our room to use the expensive 24hr room service only to find again we could not order as kitchen had closed but a cold sandwich was...
This is by NO MEANS a 4 stars hotel. The equipment suffices only for a middle range 3 stars hotel. Taking into account that there is no restaurant, there are even less stars. I had booked a single Deluxe room, but struggled to find out what's so deluxe about this small simply equipped room in the attic with a window directing to the sky that I got. The photos on agoda ...
Very impressed with the apartment and the all staff we encountered were just so lovely, friendly and helpful yet efficient. Its was our first stay at CityStop but won't be our last - we booked this as we were struggling to find a reasonably priced room anywhere else (Travelodge would have been twice the price for the 4 of us) as unbeknownst to us it was the Manchester...
Transfers both ways for both recent stays were excellent friendly staff, on time and clean cars. Hotel check in and out very good and once again friendly and welcoming. Lovely warm spacious rooms, very clean with modern bathroom and very hot water (most welcome after two weeks in India). Breakfast on both stays the best we have had anywhere. Give the hotel 5 stars bu...
Amazing! Thankyou for a lovely birthday weekend. We arrived to find we were in an executive room which was beautiful, massive bed, floor to ceiling windows all around the bed with views of the docks. Beautiful room. Very clean and breakfast was lovely. The hotel bar is brill, we came back to pima bar after a lovely meal at san carlo, great atmosphere and very lively. ...
Location is very good. It takes about 10 minutes from Liverpool Station and 15 minutes from Albert Dock on foot. Room is clean and comfortable. Most of all, there are the most kind staff that I had met in England.
We had a large room, overlooking the lake, with French doors and Juliet balcony - huge comfortable bed and nice decor. One small niggle, there's very little hanging space in the wardrobe. It was fine for us as we were only there for a short break, but for a longer stay I would want a bit more. Great food in the restaurant, besutifully cooked and presented, and the sta...
Brilliant location - straight opposite the train station. Car park wasn’t sign posted so I had to get out and ask where about a to park plus had to pay (£15 for 28hrs) Reception staff efficient and very friendly - we asked for a fan as soon as we got to the room and one was brought straight up. Room was very nice, modern bathroom and clean. Only thing I would say wou...
5-star hotels in North West, England
The staff are so friendly from the exceptional men who greet you on arrival to the staff at breakfast. Everyone is really friendly. Rooms are beautifully decorated and a fully stocked mini bar with the best complimentary biscuits we've ever had! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of city. Even though you are central you wouldn't know it as it's real...
what a gorgeous hotel!
Booked a private room and was give a private room with 4 bunk beds. the room is clean with attached bath and toilet, bedsheets, pillows and blankets are all clean. GBP1 to rent a towel, very affordable. There's a F&B outlet at level one. The best thing about this place is it's location. It is literally in the shopping area with many many many shops, restaurants and wa...
wonderful experience at windermere with this hotel
Very nice 5 star BnB. Good location on a hill overlooking Windermere lake. The staff were helpful with walk suggestions and maps.
A good location close to the town centre excellent room and a very good value breakfast
Great hotel and lovely staff Shaun got us a table reservation at the Positano ,he is a lovely chap .Bar staff also friendly and reception check in went smoothly, only drawback was £12 parking charge because we didn't book direct with the hotel,so would advise booking direct with hotel.
Not bad
It was perfect, a good location, very, very comfortable and great food. Our hosts, John and Liz, were most welcoming and gave us a great experience. We were just sorry it was only for one night. We would highly recommend friends and family to stay there if visiting Carlisle.
It's a pity we were here for just a night - it's was so cosy and toasty inside - the property is well located in the beautiful village of Grasmere a short walk away from the lake and pretty much everything! The manager John was friendly and a lovely person! Chatted with him for quite a while after checking in and found his insights into the village of Grasmere, the his...
i was very happy with my stay at this hotel.the rooms were spacious and well decorated.the staff were friendly and very helpfull.the restaurant was excellent and the hotel was well situated in the town of windemere.also there was ample parking as the town is hard to park in.there is also a excellent outdoor area to have a relaxing drink.the lakes are also not to far aw...
This Lodge is Very Unique but Well Equipped , everything, The Owner is Telling Us The Detail about The Lodge and Surrounded, How Nice Person. This is The Different Way To Enjoy Our Holiday . Great Appreciate
Great location. Car park voucher given for nearby car park, as there is no room for parking next to pub. Nice room, but could hear noise from downstairs but can't complain as it is a busy pub. Food was excellent- very well presented and tasty. Would stay again.
Lovely peaceful stay and tasteful, modern room decor. Dinner and breakfast are superb, and good value for the quality. This place is more an upmarket bed and breakfast than a hotel (the owners state that they don't market it as a hotel, but booking websites I've been on seem to give the impression that it is). So if you're looking for hotel style space and facilities t...
We stayed at this hotel for one whole week, to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We had an absolutely lovely experience! The reader must bear in mind that this area (Lake District, UK) is a top tourist destination, so quality lodgings don't come cheap. But, for the money, you will get an absolutely top quality experience at this hotel. The service is just per...
You know when you’ve been constantly gazing at the gorgeous photos of the hotel you’ve booked and can’t wait to see it, but when you get there, it’s nothing like the pics you saw online - well this doesn’t apply to Tewitfield Marina. The room we stayed in was beyond our expectations. There was everything you could possibly need in the kitchen; the bed was comfortable...
Had the Copeland room, big room with modern bathroom with jacuzzi. All facilities were excellent and very happy. Breakfast was excellent. Slight negative arrival time 4pm onwards which is rather late. But would recommend strongly.
Comfortable well appointed room. Friendly attentive staff and a good choice of quality breakfast. Situated on main road gave good access to bother Windermere and Bowness. Would certainly recommend.
Recommend this place for a relaxing weekend.
We were arriving late which was handled with no issues at all. Very lovely clean and modern double bed up in the roofline. Short walk down to the clifftop area through the port and very convenient to the Heysham power plant which is what we were there to view. Very friendly hosts and nice breakfast cooked to order,
My wife and I stopped at Mitchell's for one night for a regular visit to Chester, and I must say it was probably one of the best hotel/guest houses we have ever stayed in, and that includes some top hotels. To start with, Mitchell's is located about 1 mile out of Chester centre, which is easily walkable through some of the most beautiful tree lined streets I have eve...
Our stay here was absolutely perfect never been anywhere better so far. However could provide a few more basic supplies in the kitchen I.e salt. Pepper. Dishwasher tablets. Although a pan was provided if you are cooking a larger meal the single pan would not be enough despite giving a couple of opinions the stay and the accommodation was outstanding. Thank you
Perfect out of the way escape in a stunning setting on a working sheep farm. Amazing views all round and great hospitality from the owners. Lovely wool shop next door with items made from local wool. Amazing walking in the nearby area with a heat local pub and village shop in Patterdale. Love to return.
Fabulous hotel, breakfast was exceptional and the rooms were superb. Great location and perfect stay.
Lovely. Only comment would have to be that the living room was also used as a bedroom so we had to hang out in the kitchen instead. The tv was also not working. Apart from that, it was very good overall. Would come again.
The Plough at Lupton is located 15 mins from the M6 and could be viewed as an option for travellers wishing to stay overnight on a long drive between the North and South of the UK. It is also a good location to explore Cumbria and the 'pot country' (caves) further to the east (Ingleton). The pub is located on the roadside and as such, traffic noise may be a problem dur...
