I was travelling across Europe by motorcycle and only needed an overnight stop. I used one of the few parking bays right outside the hotel door but there is another car park under the building if you're worried about vehicle security. Clean room with private shower facilities and free wifi which was all I needed. Breakfast is the usual affair of meat and cheese, cereal...

This hotel us well situated close to public car parking which is reasonably priced. A tip is to make sure you get a room facing the street as the first night we had a smaller room facing the back. We had to move as it was too small and the room did not get enough natural light. Breakfast good and staff outstanding.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The rooms are spacious and very nice. The city is beautiful and the hotel has a great location. The parking garage is a walk from the hotel and difficult to maneuver .

Except for the reception staff being a little abrupt which is not surprising, given that this is Italy, the hotel ticks all the boxes. Location, cleanliness, big room, breakfast, parking. A little old from the outside but don’t judge this book by it’s cover. Don’t depend on the WiFi.

My stay at Aurora was very well taken care of by the owner Andrea. It is a new, clean and tidy hotel. All the amenities were as described. I would certainly stay again at Aurora on my next trip.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. I have used a few in over 100 different countries! Stylish yet friendly. Great room with a fabulous view of the harbour. Breakfast was superb. Reasonable price for out of season October. Will book again.

On arrival we knew had chosen the right place to stay. Everything was of the highest standard with a warm family feeling that made us feel like a home away from a home. 90% plus were Austrian or German returning guests but this was no problem for us English only speaking guests. In our opinion this hotel was faultless.

This is really a generous room with private bathroom in a shared apartment. You do have access to the kitchen and breakfast is excellent. The house is in a beautiful garden and the bikes are in excellent condition. but no lights so walk out for dinner. A decent walk from the station.

Incredible pay per value Hotel.

Great hotel wonderful breakfast. I can sleep through any noise but light sleepers may not want room facing street. Elevator for heavy bags. Large bathroom with great shower I think even "bathroom obsessed" Americans would like it.

the hotel room was up to a standard, although we have booked a room with balcony we ddnt have one. other than that the hotel staff was very nice and helpfull, spoke good english and had all the info we needed. there is enough restaurants and bars around the hotel, but its quite far from the city centre

...ok Hotel-Apartment, but.. we booked a 2BR appartment for a overnight stay so that our kids could share and my wife and me can share a room. When arrived it turned out that on BR was just a single-bed and the 2nd BR had 3 beds inside.... and no international TV

After spending a few weeks in Germany, Switzerland and Austria and experiencing great hospitality, we arrived at this hotel and were not greeted at all. Just told "passports"! Big room with a small kitchen, though I'd never used it. Clean and tidy. Nice location with short walk to the historical center of the city. Breakfast was simple. But coffee was great with variety of choices served with breakfast. All staff were so nice and friendly.
