"The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious and quite cheap. We received a lot of help from staff member who was very friendly. Good experience for a good price. The district is not too nice but you can find local and inexpensive restaurants around unlike the city centre. A tram stop is just 50 meters from the hotel. I definitely recommend."

"Pro - reasonable rate - not in city centre but easily accessible by bus and metro; bus 310 stops across the hotel and line B Policlinico station is only 5 min walk away - decent breakfast - good size room - clean Con - avoid room that has thin shower curtain because the bathroom gets flooded after a shower - internet in room is very slow and half the time, unusable. Go to the lobby to use the internet - some equipment needs replacing like the safe which malfunctioned a few times during my week stay. Advice Be careful with airport taxi. I was overcharged. The flat fee is 48 euros. Taxi driver charged me according to meter (50 Euro) and 5 euro for luggage which I thought was unreasonable as I had only one mid-size luggage and three carry-ons. Ask for a receipt and note the cab number which is on the car door, in case you wish to report him."

"The location was perfect. Around 5 minutes walk from the train station and close to other attractions (around 20 minute walk). The Vatican was around 1 hour 20 minute walk but it was a nice stroll so it didn't bother us. We didn't meet many staff as we arrived when the reception was closed but from who we saw they was lovely. The only problem we did come across was the cleaner knocking on our door at 10:50 stating check out was at 10:00 although on the internet it states 11:00 so we was unsure. The bed was super comfy and just what we needed after a long journey travelling to Rome and a full day of walking and exploring. Breakfast in the morning was perfect as we don't eat much. It was delivered to us in our room so we had breakfast in bed which we found quite romantic. Absolutely amazing value for money. We couldn't be happier with our stay. "

"Hotel is one floor in an old building, has only 5 rooms. Located about 4 blocks from central station and very close to a few good local restaurants. Did not speak English at check in but was of great help sorting out my wifi issue. Cleaning staff folded our clothes when doing room service which was a good surprise (we left the room a bit of a mess) and helped us out with directions. Breakfast had toast with cheese, fruit, yogurt, croissant, coffee and juice which I found pretty good. This place was really good value for Money, we walked to city area in about 15min, or only 2 metro stops. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!!"
