Checking in took a while. Front line staff didn’t greet me, just ask for ic. He could be more welcoming & warm. I was staying at the Premier room nice view of the city. The room is spacious & clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job. When i was going out, room cleaner asked politely whether i needed my room cleaned but i said no need because i was already checking out tomorrow. I appreciate that she noticed & asked. When i checked in, there were 2 teaspoons missing so i called to ask for it & to bring up an extra pillow. The man came up about 20mins later with the pillow but no teaspoon & when i asked him, he said he will check but he never came up again. It was late at night so i decided to call tomorrow. So i called again in the morning & this time an elderly man came, warmly greeted me on my door & with my 2 teaspoons. Thank u for that. It is nice to see a warm smile in the morning. When we were at the hotel lobby, we saw one of the bellboy passing a bag angrily to a hotel guest with a grunt and that man stared at him back angrily too. Don’t know what happened there. We thought that they would fight but nothing happened. The hotel guest moved away with his wife. Overall, although location is good in Orchard road, i will not come back to this hotel as I have received much better service from other hotels. I feel bad for leaving this review because covid times hit hard for hotels.

The hotel room is spacious. Clean. Comfortable. For electronics, they already use AI. The staff is very helpful. Both during check-in and check-out. And the process is quick. During check-out, Mr. Iddin helped us find a taxi and a terminal for us to transfer to KL. The location is quite far Even though its name is still Orchard Road. To get to the train, it's more than 1km to reach the front of the station. But I saw that there is a bus passing by the hotel, not far. We do not recommend going to this hotel by train according to us. 😁
