Great appealing design in the lounge room and hallway, quite elegant, if I may say so. Plus modern amenities and sparkling clean rooms and toilet. Also, the staff (Michelle) was really friendly and welcoming— excellent customer service! Delicious breakfast in the morning! I can’t think of anything negative about this property to be honest. Just make sure to arrive at designated check-in times as the reception is not there 24 hours. Everything is excellent: the staff, cleanliness, the location of the property just walking distance to Castel Sant’Angelo bridge (beautiful at sunset), Vatican City, Piazza Navona, The Pantheon (tip: arrive here very early in the morning), etc. Actually, everywhere in Rome is beautiful and walkable, if you have the right energy. Not being paid to write this, lol. Just plain happy customer. Look no further, this is the guesthouse that you are looking for. Trust me. 👍🏼👌🏼

My husband and I loved everything about this hotel. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by stefano who was extremely friendly and helpful with all the information we needed. Everyone we encountered was sooo kind! We were surprised at how spacious and clean our room was. The location of the hotel was also very central. It’s a 1 minute walk to the Piazza Navona, 30min to colloseum, 25min to the Vatican and 10min to Trevi fountain. The breakfast was also a HUGE bonus. There were fruit, sliced meats and cheese, croissants, muffins, toast, yogurt and eggs and bacon on request (no extra charge). You can also request complimentary room service for breakfast. We would stay here again in a heart beat and recommend this hotel to everyone.

This hotel is in a neighborhood near the Tiber River, near Campo de Fiori. It has an excellent location as it is walking distance to Vatican City, Piazza Navona, and the Pantheon. Regular buses run on Via Vittorio Emmanual, just a few steps away. The hotel preserves the grand elegance of a palace, as well as retaining a "rustic" look. The staff is courteous and helpful. We recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here on our next visit to Roma!!

I wanted to give a good feedback even if I didn't stay at the hotel. On my arrival, the front desk staff informed me that they has some issues with the rooms and they will put me up at their sister hotel The Trevi Collections. Obviously, after a long flight, I was unhappy to hear this but the staff assured me that the hotel is a bigger hotel and I will be getting a better room; and if I am unhappy at the alternative, I can inform them and they will arrange for another room at a different hotel. A complimentary transfer to Trevi Collection and the check-in was seamless. They also gave me free daily breakfast. In all, I was very impressed by both Hotel Rinascimento and The Trevi Collection Hotels. The room was indeed very comfortable and well appointed. Thank you for the arrangements.

Arrived in Rome for a 3 day break this apartment is ideally located 5 min walk from Piazza Navona on the main bus route 15 min walk from the Vatican City and 30mins from the colosseum. When you go through the door it’s a shared Hall way that’s not too inviting, climb the stairs and open the main door to the apartment and Wow 😮.. the reception is welcoming Ann Marie in the reception could not do enough for us.. with welcome drinks and snacks already for us. After check in we were shown to our apartment room.. again wow really clean very modern air conditioning power shower beautiful room !. With a street view mini bar cleaned daily with fresh towels daily this was everything we needed.. I would highly recommend this place if your looking to see the sites Roma has to offer.. lots of lovely restaurants local to the apartment you won’t regret it .. 5 stars from us. We will be back 👍🏻

We loved this place! We booked the superior double and were 2 adults. The bed was a good sized and comfortable queen bed and it had a desk and desk chair then a separate arm chair. It was a surprisingly big room! We had a wardrobe which we didn’t use and lots of space to lay out suitcases. There was also a window that could be opened in the room and one that opened in the bathroom. The bathroom was good sized and had lots of ledge space to put out our toiletries. It had a blow dryer in the bathroom that was ok and hand soap but just one bottle of soap (I assumed shampoo) in the shower so bring your own shampoo and conditioner and body wash. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and even had a car waiting for us very early in the morning to leave for the airport. You check what items you want for breakfast and the time you want them and they deliver a really filling lovely breakfast. We had to leave on a train one morning before breakfast and they couldn’t have us leaving without breakfast so they quickly gave us each a cappuccino and croissant. It was very sweet of them. We were so close to piazza navona and lots of the most amazing restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. This hotel was right in the heart of everything and we loved it! One problem is that it is surrounded by small alleys and our uber driver couldn’t figure out how to get us to the door so we walked with our suitcases across cobblestones for a couple of blocks. But this gem was worth it. We will absolutely stay here again when we visit Rome!

We loved Hotel Ponte Sisto...amazing breakfast buffet, best pastries and huge selection of other food. The hotel is beautifully decorated and filled with vases of fresh flowers everywhere. As a guest you have access to the roof top terrace and will experience amazing views whilst have a sun downer. The hotel is in a good location to get to other attractions very easily and crossing the Ponte Sisto Bridge takes you straight into the lively restaurant area. Plenty to choose from and very busy nightlife.

The location is absolutely fantastic for tourists who wants to visit the main attractions on foot. It took us around 30 minutes walk to the Colosseum, 20 minutes walk to Vatican City and pretty much everything else is within that radius. I want to thank our host Fabio who gave us a warm welcome. He contacted us in advance to ask about the time of our arrival, he was waiting for us, helped us with some 45kg of luggage to 4th floor and gave us some valuable instructions. The room was exactly as advertised, clean and nice. One of the best things about the hotel is that even after a long day of roaming around, you can go to Piazza Navona to relax in the evening. Trust me, you will want to do that.

Location directly across from the Castel Sant'Angelo was walking distance to all the main tourist highlights but was slightly out of the main tourist hub which meant it felt less crowded than many of the other central regions we walked through. Rooms are newly renovated and clean. Julie the host was very helpful and ensured we had a great time in Rome. Would highly recommend as a place to stop for a couple for a few days in Rome

Pro’s - this apartment is so well located, we walked everywhere. The apartment is beautifully decorated and had heaps of room. Katerina was very responsive, helping us book a taxi and organizing the owner to come in when the fuses went out (tip...don’t use the washing machine during the day!!) There’s a great little bar across the street and a few shops along for coffee and pastries in the morning that’s well patronized by locals and happy to serve us. Cons- the teenage kids complained about squeaky beds in the spare room when they moved.

We wouldn’t have dared to hope that it would be so easy to find a nice, central and still affordable hotel during the Easter holidays. Everything was perfect: We were warmly welcomed by the really friendly staff and offered our first breakfast right upon arriving. Our room (one of only six) was newly furnished, perfectly clean and had a window overlooking the quiet via dei Soldati. Being fond of exploring a city on foot, we enjoyed the great location: It was a lovely 20 min walk along the river to the Vatican, 5 min to the Pantheon, and 5 min to piazza Navona, that said, being close to many restaurants and bars but not exposed to the noise during the night. The location also allowed us to regularly go back to the hotel during the day to have a rest, drop off something and have a quick coffee or some fruit in the sitting room. On our last day we were offered a key to the place, so we could come back, use the bathroom, and leave the suitcase until the evening. All in all a great place to stay!

Positives: Great location, walking distance to most sights. Very quiet, thanks to double windows. Tea/coffee, water and snacks provided were very welcome. Comfortable bed and the air-conditioning was great. Negatives (minor): Our double room (opposite reception desk) had limited (no) space for 2 suitcases - we had to improvise! Difficult to find, our taxi had to drop us off around the corner. Suggest asking Locanda Navona to organise your pick up/transfers in advance for you. Our transfer to the airport took only 20 minutes (a Sunday morning white knuckle ride!) and cost Euro 45 (we gave him 50). We will definitely stay here again if/when we return to Rome and will recommend to our family and friends.

This hotel was so convenient that we didn't know what to expect. Our staying far exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect: walking distance from the Vatican, Piazza Navona, Piazza di Spagna, Fontana di Trevi, Campo dei Fiori. And just few bus stops away from the Colosseo. The hotel is like an apartment with several room but it’s very well presented. There’s always staff and they are kind and helpful and they speak several languages. The place is very quiet, rooms are big and the bathroom is fairly spacious and well kept. They clean the rooms properly and change towels every day. We couldn’t find one single aspect that we didn’t like. For sure we recommend it to our friends and will use it for our next staying in Rome.

this is a very minimal hotel-like place to stay (as opposed to a full service hotel) which is a good thing if you don't want to pay for extra services that you don't need on a holiday. hotel staff only appear in the morning to provide breakfast, although cleaners do come through during the day and we were met at the door in the afternoon of our first day. the building purports to be years old, and given the location and the stone and wood features this may well be true. the design and decor are well-suited to the building's heritage so if you want a old world experience, this is a very good way to get it. the room we stayed in was a comfortable size, with a high tech heater/cooler unit and a perfectly adequate bathroom. it was also amazingly quiet, as no roads are nearby. note that nearby parking is impossible and access is only via a steep flight of steps. i have no hestitation in reccommending this place and would stay here again.

This place was such a great find. Although we only stayed for one night (as we already had other lodgings for Rome), it was very pleasant. Rafaella was very helpful and sweet. The location is superb! Just a around the corner is Piazza Navona, and mostly any place is of walking distance. The place is quiet. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in the center of Rome.

The guest house is on the fourth floor of an old Roman apartment building. You enter a sloping hall. Before you climb the stairs, look to your right. The unlabeled black door is an elevator. The guest house is so small that you pass the reception whenever you enter and exit. There are two beautiful painting above the reception desk, which you might not notice for all the business clutter. That said, you can have instant answers for all your questions because of the proximity. The rooms and hall appear to be professionally decorated. It's quite lovely. We were very happy with it. It's one street back from the main street that crosses Rome, so it's easy to either walk or take a bus anywhere yet you don't get the busy street noise. We walked to the Vatican, Spanish Steps, and the Colloseum. It's very close to Piazza Navona.
