"A friend working at another hostel recommended Bon Hostel to me, and I couldn't be more grateful. Not too far of a walk from Namba, Bon Hostel opened earlier this year, and is kept immaculately clean. From the rooms to the bathrooms, and the lobby to the showers, it feels like I'm staying at a nice hotel. They have a very nice cafe as well, and my overall experience here has been terrific. You get a lot more than what you pay for. Will definitely book again!"

"Pros: - located in the Namba downtown, lots of restaurants nearby. Dotonbori, kuromot market is walkable - only a 15 min. walk to both JR Namba station and Nankai/subway station - amazing facilities! Washing and dryer machine, fully-equipped vanity room (very spacious! Shampoo, conditioner, face wash, even oil cleanser available! And they're actual brand names, not those generic white packets. Plus you can use the hair dryer and curling iron for free. I remember you can also rent makeup) -shower/vanity room is located inside the dormitory, not outside - enough walking space in the room - THERE IS A WATER DISPENSER! - free postcard! They also sell the stamps. There's a mail box nearby too - luggage storage for only 330 JPY Cons: Cant think of anything. Maybe the dryer machine needs to be cleaned a bit I stayed in different hostels throughout my Japan trip and this is the best one! I usually feel very indifferent towards hostels, because it's only for sleeping, but Hostel Wasabi is really impressive for the price. I've never seen such a pretty shower/vanity room in cheap hostels. Seriously. "

"Hotel Shin Imamiya is literally a few steps away from Shin Imamiya station. Took the Nankai line from the airport, no need for transfers plus there's an elevator which is really convenient if you have heavy luggage. Mega Don Quijote is a few blocks away (near Dobotsuen-mae station) and their stuff is cheaper than the ones in Dotonbori. Walk a little bit more and you will be at Shinsekai. One station away from Namba and you're already at Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. I stayed in the single room which has good AC. It was still a bit hot when I arrived, so I used the cold function but after a few days the temp dropped to 15 degrees, so I used the heater function. It would be good to stay here during the winter. The only problem I had was that the hallway smelled of cigarette smoke although it is a non-smoking area. Other than that, I had a very pleasant stay. Will book here again when I go back in Osaka."
