We chose this hotel at the last minute and it exceeded our expectations. The dinner buffet had a wide selection and every dish was delicious! We also got a 15% discount with our American Express AE card, which was a great value. The facilities were great too. The gym was new and clean, and the public hot springs were fantastic. Both adults and children had a great time. There were also many new and diverse recreational facilities. We highly recommend this hotel. The only downside was that there were two issues. First, the air conditioning adjustment switch in the room had chipped buttons, so we thought we couldn't adjust the temperature. But when we turned it off, it became too hot and we felt a bit cold during the night. Second, the lobby and restaurant were quite cold, so remember to bring a robe when you go out. I had requested a late check-out, but it seems the front desk didn't inform the housekeeping staff in time. Just when I was naked, the housekeeping staff tried to open the door with their key (fortunately, I rushed to stop them). Afterwards, the housekeeping staff sincerely apologized and offered us a complimentary drink. Their attitude was very sincere, but I still hope the hotel can improve their communication process. It could be difficult for foreign guests from different cultures. This hotel is amazing and I hope they can make these corrections.

If I were a child, I would agree too. As a parent, I agree as well. A full range of facilities and activities for children — it is no wonder our daughter kept asking when are we going back to the hotel. It is a nice touch that they keep the facilities available until 10pm. Design of the room/bathroom/toilet was well thought. Stay was very comfortable with local snacks and mini bar. Breakfast was a good spread. We felt very comfortable in the hotel and with a short stroll to Jiao Xi central. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was a last-minute reservation. It is just an hour's drive away from Taipei City. I didn't expect much, but it turned out to be a great stay. We highly recommend this resort for its value, cleanliness, friendly staff, and great facilities.
