“Excellent, high quality, comfortable stay”
I definitely recommend staying here and I will definitely come back when next in Rio Service The level of service is incredible. Facilities The room I stayed in was high quality with a nice view of the beach. Pool area is small but not an issue. Didnt try the gym or sauna. the lobby area gets hectic with all the check ins and outs and I would have loved another place to relax. Location Incredible! The hotel is located in one of the best areas of the beach, without the crowds you get further down since the beach near the fort is a little narrower. I never had a problem finding a spot and they offer complementary chairs which makes things really easy. Mornings especially were great. Food Mixed on this one. The Italian restaurant was great (except the desert was way too sweet but thats Brazil). I tried multiple times to get a good burger at the pool but they kept cooking it to way past dry and well done even when I would ask for medium rare. Breakfast buffet is decent but not as food quality as the Fassano which charges the same price. Also the buffet is a really stressful setup and environment in the morning, not a relaxed breakfast, average coffee. I would recommend going around the corner to Panadero.
