“Stay”
I’ve stayed at your hotel six times or more, but this is the first time I’m sharing my feedback on our stay. On our first visit, everything was fine, although the room wasn’t well-maintained. The bathroom door lock wasn’t working, the Wi-Fi connection was very poor, the TV didn’t work, and the telephone was also broken. So, whenever we needed assistance in the room, we had to go down to the reception, which was an inconvenience for us. Also, the air conditioning wasn’t cooling properly. My last stay was not great. We arrived at the hotel around 12 noon and asked the receptionist if we could check in early since we were checking out at 7 AM the next day, and we were traveling with a one-year-old baby and a senior. However, she refused and told me that the standard check-in time is 2 PM. I understand the protocol, as I am a hotelier myself (abroad), but sometimes we need to be more considerate, especially since we are repeat guests. My baby was showing signs of distress in the lobby due to the weather, and I wanted to get to the room to feed him, but she still didn’t allow us in. We went to the mall for lunch and came back a few minutes before 2 PM. When we finally got to the room, I was disappointed. The walls were damaged, and the bathroom was in poor condition— the bidet was broken, and the shower didn’t work (same issue as previous stays). Compared to the hotel rate, I don’t think the room was worth the price. Also, the TV still wasn’t working properly, the air conditioning wasn’t cooling, and the Wi-Fi connection was very slow. The bed sheets weren’t properly cleaned, and there were stains on both the sheets and pillowcases. The room on your website looks very nice, but in reality, it was quite the opposite. The management should consider renovating the rooms to improve the guest experience.
