Location to local attractions, very short walk to the beach, house was nice and well stocked. The jetted tub was a major bonus for my feet after a long day of sightseeing. Multiple shower heads and great water pressure. Appliances were clean and in great condition. The bed was the perfect firmness for us. Best sleep I have had in a while. The outdoor shower was nice and warm for rinsing off all of the sand. The covered parking was great for keeping our car from being an oven in the hot sun. Really nice little house. Will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Wish the patio had some kind of shade as it gets direct sun for most of the day. View is a little obstructed due to the house in front of it. But still had a beautiful view of the ocean on the right side of the porch.

Location to the beach.

There are no beach chairs, the couch smelled, and the pots and pans needed for cooking are not satisfactory. I wanted to roast potatoes but there was no sheet pan. No foil...real basics that were missing for the price.

Great location for us. Liked that is is dog friendly.

Dislikes- uncomfortable bed, bug sightings, no HDTV, just felt shy of being clean. Mayb due to older facilities( toilet, fridge,etc). Do not agree with AC lock controls. As a renter & adult I should be able to set it at any temp. If it was summer, we would have been uncomfortably hot. Yard maintenance is poor. To be a dog friendly place and unable to use yard b/c it is full of sand spurs.
