1st, Medyo matagal yung waiting time, they gave us 20-30mins before kami paakyatin sa room namin pero natapos mga 42mins. (Waist of time) 2pm dapat check-in time namin, pero nag call ako sa kabila na mga 3 na kmi makakarating, mga 2:45 nandun na kmi expected ko syempre ok na may room na kmi pero pinag-hintay parin kami...like hello?? Late na nga kmi dumating tapos Hindi parin na-asikaso Yung room na para samin😢(how sad) inip na inip na mga babies ko tas walang libangan. Sana magawan ng paraan. 2nd, Yung elevator sira😔😢 Itatawag sya sa lobby if magpapa-assist ka for it. (It takes a couple of minutes talaga as in bago mag open Yung elevator tas syempre mainit while waiting (another waist of time) 😢😢 Ikaw na MISMO maiinip tas itawag mo nlng ulit for follow-up. 😓🤦 3rd, The comfort room. Mismong check-in namin ok naman mabango pero nawala rin kagad Yung mabangong Amoy, tapos smelly na sya sana lagyan nila ng pam-pabango Yung cr or kahit a simple ALBATROSS (Green apple, kc mabango yun😅 for me) ok na yun para lang Hindi sya mabantot sana. 4th, Yung Aircon po nag ye-yelo kaya ang tendency Hindi na sya na lamig, need pa i-off Yung AC until matunaw Yung ice para lumamig ulit. In the middle of the night (kasarap na sana ng tulog) nagising ako dahil ang init then Yung mga babies ko pawis, nakaka-inip tas mainit. Disappointing Wi-Fi and Elevator Issues—Not for Remote Work”
My rating is based on my specific experience and purpose for staying at this hotel for two nights. I booked the hotel to enjoy some personal time in a quiet environment while focusing on my work. Typically, I check into hotels to work on both professional and academic tasks, and stable internet connectivity is essential for this. Unfortunately, during my stay, the internet connection was extremely poor, and I couldn’t connect to the hotel’s Wi-Fi at all. I contacted the front desk, but their only response was that they would "work on it." Despite this, the issue persisted throughout my stay, and since my main reason for staying was to work, this was a significant inconvenience. I rely heavily on online platforms, like the LMS, to check my students' papers, but I was unable to do so and had to rely on mobile data instead. While mobile signal strength was somewhat better during nighttime, it was still unreliable during the day, slowing my work progress. I would strongly recommend that the hotel consider installing signal boosters on every floor to enhance connectivity. In addition to the internet issues, there were also problems with the elevator on the 10th floor. While I had no trouble using the elevator to go up, it would not open when I tried to go down from the 10th floor. I had to walk down to the 9th floor just to access the elevator, which was quite inconvenient. Another issue I noticed was the condition of the elevator carpet—it was visibly dirty when I checked in, and it remained in that state until I checked out, indicating that it was not cleaned during my stay. I do appreciate the unique theme of each room, which added character to the space, but unfortunately, it didn’t compensate for the hotel’s shortcomings. The hallways were not air-conditioned, so waiting for the elevator was uncomfortable, especially since I found myself sweating while standing there. In terms of food, I encountered another issue. I was informed that one of the key ingredients in the dish I ordered was unavailable, and they asked if I would accept a substitution, to which I agreed. However, considering that the hotel offers dining services, it was surprising that they were missing such a fundamental ingredient, especially one that is commonly used across many dishes. This could have been avoided with better inventory management, which should be a standard practice in any kitchen. Overall, I would rate the food 2.5 out of 5. In conclusion, I would recommend this hotel only if your primary purpose is to have a place to sleep or to carry out manual tasks that don’t require internet connectivity. However, if you need to work or are sensitive about cleanliness, this might not be the best option.

When we arrived the staffs greeted a warm welcome to us. First we was glad that the room are big for family, the bed is okay but, if you were to travel with 4-6 pax, you need review the room first before booking, because the bed was a queen bed only. The other stuff is okay, one thing we find is the cr has some small smell, it was clean but the smell was so strong that u needed to spray something. Overall, the place was okay. Good place to Stay with your Family and Kids. 😇

i have a late flight arrival and i was looking for a place to stay..got a good deal for this hotel so i thought why not try since i am curious about the name of it..hotel location is good since it was near a mall..staff very nice..i notice on each room that there is famous person name attach on it..i got a room about a famous painter..the room is good and clean..the downsides i experience is that during all my stay there is no available wifi staff said it was getting repair 😑, tv screen is not much clear, there is a water drop noise all throughout my stay thay it bother a bit when i sleep..also there are sometime that you will hear some noise outside the room like some cart being push or someone playing a music..and no offense about the theme of my room since it was decorated of the portraits of a famous painter but it give me some creep that i feel those paintings are keep looking at me when i sleep 😂..overall it was an experience

Hotel Dreamworld North Edsa is just beside SM North Edsa and hundred+ meters away from MRT. We don't recommend it for family travelers with young and old people since you would have to walk through the footbridge to go to the mall. The elevator was not working well when we got there; we had to use the the stairs from the 6th floor lol. The wall paintings of the room and floor lobby are wearing off. I think the curtain wasn't washed as well since we sneezed a lot when we tried to open it. The aircon makes the room cold, the heater is functional, but the cr needs more thorough cleaning. The breakfast should also be advertised as first come first served. According to the staff, they do not refill pancakes or maybe even other meals. We waited for some time to be seated, and still not eat together, since the longer tables are reserved. We could've reserved if we were informed. Some staff take time to respond, but are generally welcoming. I'm just glad that there's a pool that can be used, but this still needs improvement. Some rooms are also beside an open space which can pause a hazard since it's really open. We hope this place gets really improved.
