I the change my travel plans was looking for great hotel pricing and stumbled upon Agoda.com. The prices for hotel rooms were reasonably priced so I went to their website and booked a room. It was quick and easy an in less than a minute I received an email saying that my booking was confirmed and complete.

I checked into a suite, one room was warm the other room was cold. I was given another that did not have the beds I requested. I was told that the rate would be adjusted. It was not. The second room I was given did not really warm up because the thermostat would only go up to 75 degrees. My stay was Awful.

Agoda DIDN'T provide space for a 10% off code I purchased through Verizon credits. Verizon's link is the only reason I used agoda.com, but it still charged full price (Monday I'll request a refund). I was on a financial business trip. Trillion dollar company. In only 2 nights: plumbing was not functional for over 6 hours, we were made to use one of only two bathrooms ...
