"This hotel is pretty central to everything. Our average Uber ride was about $13. The staff was very accommodating. The hotel was clean. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Our only complaint was that the bed could have been more comfortable, but that may be something that's more our preference in mattress type. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and I would stay there again. As a side note, Hilton doesn't honor Hilton Honors Points when booking through a third party."

"I loved our stay at the Hyatt. It was an easy walk with small children to the Coke factory, the Georgia Museum, and the CNN Center. Loved that the mall was attached to the hotel, too. I didn't give 5s overall because the floor had something sticky and for the five days I was there the stickiness was too. "

"I arrived with my daughter. I was scared because of the homeless people but they were harmless and didn't bother anyone. The hotel was extremely clean, food amazing, rooms excellent and staff very professional. I was surprised to see that this little hotel in the middle of all the big hotels was the best. stores right around the corner, attractions were walking distance 10mins and less. The furniture is beautiful and extremely clean. Signed a very satisfied customer"

"The hotel was in the perfect location for a family weekend away! We loved it. The room was comfortable for a family of four, but needed a deep clean. Our bigger concern was that the lobby and elevators smelled like weed. Our boys noticed through masks, and there were a lot of innocent questions about “why it smells stinky?”. Overall, great weekend, just maybe not the spot for a family. "
