I got a kind size bedroom in the South tower face to the park on fifth floor. The night view was so beautiful. The location is within 10 minutes walk from Marta (five points, peachtree center) and right next to CNN center which has a food court on 1st floor. World of Coca-cola is 2 blocks away and many restaurants around. We were walking inside the park around 1...

This hotel is pretty central to everything. Our average Uber ride was about $13. The staff was very accommodating. The hotel was clean. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Our only complaint was that the bed could have been more comfortable, but that may be something that's more our preference in mattress type. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and I would stay ...

I loved our stay at the Hyatt. It was an easy walk with small children to the Coke factory, the Georgia Museum, and the CNN Center. Loved that the mall was attached to the hotel, too. I didn't give 5s overall because the floor had something sticky and for the five days I was there the stickiness was too.

I arrived with my daughter. I was scared because of the homeless people but they were harmless and didn't bother anyone. The hotel was extremely clean, food amazing, rooms excellent and staff very professional. I was surprised to see that this little hotel in the middle of all the big hotels was the best. stores right around the corner, attractions were walking distanc...

The staff was awesome the location was perfect and the cleanliness was nice. My wife and I are SPG members and the staff where breakfast was located and dinner was very nice. Everything was fresh everything was kept replenished and we stayed 4 nights. The only complaint I had was not with the hotel with Agoda who I booked through they did not mention anything about a p...

Loved the location. Easy, short walk to stadium. We felt safe walking at night. Excellent Mexican restaurant right around the corner called No Mas. Hotel Staff were super friendly and breakfast was delicious. Also, I was happy to have free parking. We will be back. I never leave reviews, but this one deserves 5 stars.

The bar and breakfast area appeared at first to be inadequate, however they did manage well. The breakfast was good although the finish time of 9.00 during the week is rather early for people on holiday. The bar was friendly but they did run short of the beer we wanted. Many restaurants and bars are in easy walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is well situated fo...

I didnt like that the picture of the building shown here when I booked is not the same as the actual building of the hotel. I was in The American Hotel which is A doubleTree by Hilton hotel, but the picture shows the actual doubleTree by Hilton which is in another location, it was really confusing but I just went with the address and all good. The staff was really frie...

Although the location was nice the hotel was not worth what I paid for it. I booked my room through Agoda, back in December for Easter Weekend. I thought I was getting a great deal for 318.00 for the Friday- Sunday. When I arrived, they did allow me to check in at 10:00am although our check in time wasn't until 3:00pm. Before checking in, I noticed Aloft had taken 368...

The room was nicer than I expected! Lovely little kitchenette with more than enough utensils, plates, mugs, etc., although the fridge was a little noisy. Nice bathroom & shower, no problems with water temperature, comfortable bed. The room was very functional and comfortable; definitely suitable for a longer stay (like a week or so). The location was great, too. Just a...

It all comes down to getting a good night’s sleep and because the AC was exceptionally loud, we couldn’t. We asked how to turn it off, and the answer was that it can’t be shut off. I have good earplugs but they couldn’t reduce the noise nearly enough. What a waste of energy, too. Good location (right next to subway), clean, and friendly staff. But impossibly noisy. ...

I waited for almost two hours for my room to be ready after nearly 20 hours of flights! I guess I was unfortunate because other customers didn't have to wait so long for their rooms. The staff explained to me that it was because my room was a business one with a king-sized bed, and therefore they needed more time to tidy it up.

Nice hotel, really loved the atmosphere, room was cleaned. Wouldn't recommend to order food in here, first day food was alright the other day everything was too salty wasn't able to eat it, other than that really loved it beautiful view from the room, comfortable beds.

This hotel was within walking distance to many things in Atlanta (including many of the sites included in Atlanta's CityPass). The hotel customer service was amazing! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone looking for a downtown hotel to check it out.
