Transportation: We took the bus from Taipei to Jiaoxi. Took about 10 min walk from the station to the hotel. Room: The room was small but clean and cozy with a personal hot spring tub on the balcony. There were complimentary (very delicious) green-bean cakes, drinks, and facial mask. I went there to celebrate my birthday and the hotel prepared a bottle of diptyque lo...
We stayed with 3 other families and this is the best and fun experience we had in JiaoXi, we stayed at other five stars hotel before but Mu has everything and the most important is that it is such a kid friendly hotel that also uncles the best art gallery for adults to enjoy! Foods are good too!
Excellent big hotel, easily the best in Jiaoxi. Quite pricey. But hotel rooms are large, all rooms have hotspring bath tub, with plenty of facilities and activities to occupy us. Staff are very friendly. Free shuttle to and from train station or nearby streets. Or walk 8 mins to main Jiaoxi street. There are several indoor hotspring pools to enjoy, each with its charac...
Each individual room is equipped with a hot spa bathroom in this hotel and I was able to enjoy its high level quality of the hot water of Jiao Xi hot spring without seeing other visitors. This inside hot spring for only myself could be the best point to choose the hotel. Also it was convenient to reach to the place for it was very close to the train/bus station, and ma...
location is good. just 5-10min car distance to jiaoxi bus station (nt120). convenience store, massage and many restaurant within walking distance. room is very comfortable. in room hot spring . interior design is good. breakfast is healthy with few types of food. nice coffee (free flow for the day). other facility like free fish spa and prawn fishing promotion coup...
Lovely hotel for a 2 to 3 day getaway. The staff has thought of everything you might need, from the little details like the heated toilet seats (excellent in winter), hot spring bath in the room, delicious complimentary snacks and drinks, and wonderful-smelling Harnn toiletries. The highlight was the set dinner which comes with the booking, which was absolutely delicio...
Cons: Good wifi service Not too far away from the train station or bus station Pros: It is too early of the closing time for the breakfast, only to 10:00am
The playhouse is great and fun. The driver of the shuttle bus service is nice. But the room is a bit small for a family room
This hotel was within a walking distance from Jiaoxi bus station / train station. The room is spacious and comfortable. It also offered a wide variety of breakfast buffet. I was also impressed by the large hot spring bathtub in my room. In general, I think this hotel is great value for money!
A very good hotel for families, as it is new, modern looking, very clean and near the bus and train stations. The 24-hour free food and beverages (must try the popsicles!) at the hotel restaurant pantry is another great thing!
First of all, I have to say the prices of wow happy hotel is very affordable. This time, my boyfriend and I booked a double-standard room including one day breakfast for two people which only cost less than NTD$2,000 per night. As we known, Jiaoxi is a rural town, but the level prices here are high because it is one of famous tourist attractions in north Taiwan. So, ba...
Good Location, walkable distance to Jiaoxi Bus station and Train station. Hotel is nearer to train station then bus station. Eateries are everywhere. The room is clean, big and beds are soft and comfortable. Bathroom have a big bathtub that has hot spring water. Staff are super friendly.
5 mins walk from jiaoxi train station and 10 mins walk to bus station. Many food options nearby. Hot spring facilities are good. My kids enjoyed the pool with slides and the inroom bath tub. Huge variety of breakfast items but a pity mostly Taiwanese food, will be good if there’s an egg station. Front desk staff were very helpful in giving us travelling directions a...
Friendly front desk staffs. We were caught in typhoon session and the staff kept giving us updates and outcomes on the situation. They also ensure that we had food and drinks during the storm. They also help us to get our way back to taipei. 5 min walk from Jiaoxi train station and the hot spring park is just across the road.
the hotel location is good, just 10-15 mins walking distance from taipei bus station. close to jiaohsi train station. the room was amazing penthouse at 7/f. the room was clean. the bath room and the hot spring spa design is fantastic. the night view from our room is beautiful! we had very romantic nights there!
This is by far the best experience we've ever had in Taiwan. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff. She was very friendly and helpful and even offered us some free drinks and cake while we're waiting for some paperwork to get us to the room. The room was clean, roomy and cozy .. there was even a hot tub big enough for all four of us, good times!
Location is 10 mins walk from Jiaoxi train station. A bit far to walk to bus station back to Taipei. Taxi ride will cost 120twd to bus station. There is a pool to do fish spa at entrance for free. Rooms come with hot spring bath. Complimentary mini bar. On the street for all food. Overall a value for money stay.
First and foremost, the hotel is close to the train/bus station. It's a right turn from the junction right in front of the train station, then look up and you'll see it. The staff is very helpful with great attention to details. Jiaosi is about hot springs and this hotel has it. Right beside the lobby and the Bali-themed pool on a lower level. I mean, this is just mone...
Short distance to Jiaoxi station and shuttle bus to wufengchi, can walk to a city centre where you can find shops selling bread/ snack for gift. Room big and clean, comes with big bathtub made from tiles where you can enjoy your hot spring privately. Buffet breakfast chinesse style with not many choice but quite nice and also have toast bread.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Guan Xiang Century hotel. The room was nice--the shower was awesome and so was the hot spring bathtub! I found the bed slightly uncomfortable, but it was doable. The breakfast and dinner both were tasty (breakfast had juice, fruit, sausage, bacon, eggs, toast, cereal plus Asian options) (dinner had salad, fruit, made-to-order seafood, ...
I love the bed & the layout of the room. Location I prefer, it's tucked in the quieter side of town. The center of Jiaoxi is only a quick 5 mins walk. My favourite has got to be the lighting in the room. You can choose whatever mood of light at the tap of the touch screen light control panel. Very high tech indeed!! The bath tub is huge. But the real bonus was the...
great hotel hot spring spa, even have your own hot spring in your room, no need to go anywhere for hot spring if it's the main purpose you go to yilan. many nice restrauants around. It's between Jiaoxi railway station and bus station, super easy to get transportation.
Great location (walking distance to bus terminal) in the quieter part of town and close to the forest onsen. Yummy breakfast. Best part was the in room onsen which was ginormous! Only suggestion would be a towel rack in the bathroom.
We have been staying 3 nights at the Yamagata Kaku Hotel & Spa. Steven and the hotel staff have made our stay magnificent. It is brand new hotel with all commodities, fitness center, spa and restaurants. Guess rooms are spacious and each bathroom has large hot springs bath. Seldom we have been welcomed as we have been in this hotel. Mark has kindly organised a whole d...
Very welcoming reception and good nice rooms. A good distance from train station if you are lugging big luggages. The Jacuzzi would be great if the lodge provides spa salt.
Actually, I don't think it's the best, but C/P value is not bad~~ Maybe you can try to order and live~ Wish all of you have nice experience.
We found this an excellent hotel. Very friendly and competent staff, extremely helpful and always ready to help. The hotel is very well appointed , amazing breakfast.
Really like this place as it is not that closed to the downtown of Yi Lan. We did enjoy the natural feeling in the hotel, a place which is full of wooden surrounding. Highly recommend to everyone.
The hotel was clean, the spa is really cool but only opens at three in the afternoon which means you can’t use it next day in the morning. and I was watching the spa from the top in the morning and no ones cleaning it the water is still there. If you don’t have a SIM card don’t come because the WiFi really sucks here equal to no WiFi at all
