I loved our stay at the Hyatt. It was an easy walk with small children to the Coke factory, the Georgia Museum, and the CNN Center. Loved that the mall was attached to the hotel, too. I didn't give 5s overall because the floor had something sticky and for the five days I was there the stickiness was too.

Loved the location. Easy, short walk to stadium. We felt safe walking at night. Excellent Mexican restaurant right around the corner called No Mas. We got a room at the 59th floor and the view was awesome. The rotating restaurant at the 70th floor served delicious food and the staff was outstanding. The location is perfect and the room was huge and comfortable. Only the valet parking has some room for improvement, we had to wait 20 min for our car and $32 per night is not adequate for the service!

This hotel is well situated to the downtown sites ( CNN, Coca Cola world, Museum of Civil Rights) and 100m from the tram stop. It is 300m from a Metro station. The facilities were standard, a varied hot breakfast was available each day.
Nice hotel, really loved the atmosphere, room was cleaned. Wouldn't recommend to order food in here,first day food was alright the other day everything was too salty wasn't able to eat it, other than that really loved it beautiful view from the room, comfortable beds.

This hotel was within walking distance to many things in Atlanta (including many of the sites included in Atlanta's CityPass). The hotel customer service was amazing! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone looking for a downtown hotel to check it out.
