I loved our stay at the Hyatt. It was an easy walk with small children to the Coke factory, the Georgia Museum, and the CNN Center. Loved that the mall was attached to the hotel, too. I didn't give 5s overall because the floor had something sticky and for the five days I was there the stickiness was too.

Loved the location. Easy, short walk to stadium. We felt safe walking at night. Excellent Mexican restaurant right around the corner called No Mas. Hotel Staff were super friendly and breakfast was delicious. Also, I was happy to have free parking. We will be back. I never leave reviews, but this one deserves 5 stars.

The bar and breakfast area appeared at first to be inadequate, however they did manage well. We stayed at the 62nd floor and the view was simply unforgettable. Can see the sunrise right in front of us. Beds were comfortable and rooms are new and clean. WiFi is also free. Will recommend this hotel for business travelers.

Is perfectly located in downtown, within walking distance (15 mins) of World of Coca Cola, Aquarium, CNN and more. The Front Desk personnel were amazing!

It all comes down to getting a good night’s sleep and because the AC was exceptionally loud, we couldn’t. We asked how to turn it off, and the answer was that it can’t be shut off. This hotel is well situated to the downtown sites ( CNN, Coca Cola world, Museum of Civil Rights) and 100m from the tram stop. It is 300m from a Metro station. The facilities were standard, a varied hot breakfast was available each day.

Nice hotel, really loved the atmosphere, room was cleaned. Wouldn't recommend to order food in here,first day food was alright the other day everything was too salty wasn't able to eat it, other than that really loved it beautiful view from the room, comfortable beds.

This hotel was within walking distance to many things in Atlanta (including many of the sites included in Atlanta's CityPass). The hotel customer service was amazing! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone looking for a downtown hotel to check it out.
