"We are just leaving the hotel today. What a wonderful experience!! We noticed that all team members at the hotel have an attitude of friendliness and service. We think this begins with the General Manager He was so friendly and made us feel very welcome. During our four days here many of the employees spoke highly of Niles and his attention to detail. This attention showed in the cleanliness of the hotel and our room. Many hotels have hallways that are not clean...at the Atlanta Sheraton all immaculate. Carpets vaccumed and floors polished!!! The pool area is beautiful and the restaurant areas are very accessible and well thought out. We used the Club Lounge and the breakfast and evening snacks were wonderful. The Club Lounge is open 24 hours and breakfast until 10:30 which both are convenient features. We were here on a vacation celebrating an anniversay and all made us feel so welcome. Jerome our bellman at check in always recognized us by name as we would come and go. He was so very helpful on a number of items. Shirley in the Club Lounge is a hostess that all should meet! The moment you walk in she makes you feel like you are at home. She really takes care of the guests and one can tell she loves her job. Thanks also to Erika who helped make our trip a memorable one. We give this stay a Five Star rating without hesitation. Our thanks to general manager and his tremendous team. "

"Especially appreciate the front desk lady let me check in earlier when the room is available. The room is just all right, it's value for money. The cheapest around downtown. Surprisingly the room come with an iron, iron board, microwave and fridge! It's more than you can bargain for. The shower is strong and hot enough. This is nice. Location is great too. I can easily walk to World of Coca Cola. No sweat. Just remember, this is not 5-star hotel."

"This hotel is awesome. It is very clean, newly remodeled. Great features such as microwave, fridge/freezer, dishes, dishwasher, and a sink. A skillet is available upon request. Showers are awesome! Only drawback about this place is you don't get any parking coupons as you would with some other hotels in the area, and you'll have to spend ~25 bucks for overnight parking for the lot in front of the hotel. A daily stay cost me $10 with $25 for overnight, so about $35 for a full 24 hours. Other than the parking, this place is awesome and I would stay again, just need to be sure to set aside money for parking!"

"Although the location was nice the hotel was not worth what I paid for it. I booked my room through Agoda, back in December for Easter Weekend. I thought I was getting a great deal for 318.00 for the Friday- Sunday. When I arrived, they did allow me to check in at 10:00am although our check in time wasn't until 3:00pm. Before checking in, I noticed Aloft had taken 368.00 off my debit card. I asked them why it wasn't 318.00, which was stated on my confirmation from December. They said because of taxes. After agreeing to it, they then asked for my card for a deposit. 0_0.... Seems like Aloft is all about the money and it's not even worth it. I could've stayed at the Hyatt just blocks away-more space with breakfast included. The room was super smalls. I will never visit another aloft again."
