"I checked into a suite, one room was warm the other room was cold. I was given another that did not have the beds I requested. I was told that the rate would be adjusted. It was not. The second room I was given did not really warm up because the thermostat would only go up to 75 degrees. My stay was Awful."

"First time staying at Hampton Inn, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Now on to the all important breakfast, OMG there was so many things to choose from. Oat Meal, Grits, yogurt, toast, Bagels, croissants, pastries, cereal, French toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles., and that's not everything. I defiantly plan on staying here on my next visit to Atlanta. "

"Agoda DIDN'T provide space for a 10% off code I purchased through Verizon credits. Verizon's link is the only reason I used agoda.com, but it still charged full price (Monday I'll request a refund). I was on a financial business trip. Trillion dollar company. In only 2 nights: plumbing was not functional for over 6 hours, we were made to use one of only two bathrooms located in a sister hotel. There were lines for 30 minutes. Then our room was changed due to the plumbing problems. We moved into a room that had drink bottles, and chapstick in the floor, and a pillow that looked like coffee was spilled on it, we had a maid walk in our "locked" room and ask, "Do you need anything?" without knocking. She used a key and came in, even though the door was locked and latched! When my son asked at the front desk for another pillow, the clerk, Holly, said, "No! There are no pillows available!" Never again for me or Symmetry Financial if I have anything to do with it! Word of Mouth is POWERFUL!"
