A great mid-priced hotel. Rooms quite tired and in need of an update and beds very small. I am 174cm and my feet hung over the end. Bed felt really hard at first but it was actually really good to sleep on, and the pillows were great. Even with my feet hanging over the end, it was still very comfortable, and slept very well. My TV didn't work and was told it would be fixed on the first day but I stayed for 7 days and it was never fixed. Breakfast buffet very average but better than nothing. Location - excellent! Great access to city, shopping, public transport, convention centres and tourist attractions. I spent a week here and it proved to be a great base for work and exploring the city. Things to note - EXTREMELY busy hotel. The lobby was always teaming with hundreds of people, day and night. The hallways were always noisy and I was woken multiple times each night by the weird plumbing noises and water running from the adjacent apartments, kids running up and down the halls etc. I had people try and come in my room multiple times, and kids knocking on the door and squealing around the hallway at all hours of the night. There are signs in the halls saying "quiet after 10pm please" but at 2am, it was just as noisy as it was at 9pm. The gym was completely useless and a very small space with people coughing all over the place so I avoided it. It was all cardio anyways with only one cable/weights machine that was broken. Disappointing. Rooms serviced daily and fresh bottled water provided every day so that was a nice benefit. I would stay here again but only because of the price point and convenient location. I was very relieved that I booked one of the few rooms with a balcony as it allowed me a great view of the city and helped me to get my bearings with locations as well as escaping the darkness of the room. A lot of road noise/traffic outside. It really was a very noisy place to stay. Make sure you pack some ear plugs. I have a sleep mask with built in earphones so slept well. But without that it would have been very hard.

We had a delightful stay at the hotel. Its convenient location near a variety of local eateries and convenience stores made it easy for us to explore and enjoy the area. Public transportation was readily accessible, making it very convenient to get around the city. The staff were friendly and the overall experience was smooth and comfortable. This is my 4th time booking this hotel, and it never disappoints. The cleanliness is consistently top-notch.. The rooms and common areas are always spotless.. The location is very central, making it easy to get around the city with plenty of shops, eateries, and attractions nearby.. The view from the room is absolutely superb; one of the highlights of every stay.. The staff are all friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything you need.. Their warm service really adds to the overall experience..
