I sent a message in advance saying it was a honeymoon trip, and they congratulated me and sent wine as a service. Before coming here, I stayed at a hotel in Florence that was in a similar price range, but it was very noisy in the early morning, so it was difficult to sleep, but here it was very quiet and cozy, so I could rest comfortably. The bedding is also comfortable. The room wasn't very big, but even when I spread out two suitcases, it wasn't crowded to walk around, so I didn't really mind. There was also a bathtub, so it was nice to be able to relieve fatigue with a bath for tired legs from walking. (There is also a spa facility inside the hotel, but we didn't use it, but it was nice to smell the spa when entering the lobby. Familiar and clean scent) The variety of breakfast is not very large, but it is enough to eat, and the server serves traditional Italian desserts every day and explains them, which is also nice. The location of the accommodation is within walking distance of Rome's famous tourist attractions, and there is also a bus stop right in front, so it is convenient to take the bus. And especially, the hotel is located on a main road, so it was nice to come back late at night. There is also a mart nearby, so it's good to buy simple things, but the hotel minibar is free, so I haven't bought water or drinks while staying at this accommodation :) One day, the fire emergency bell rang in the hotel, and when I went out at 12 o'clock at night, smoke was coming out in the corridor. The staff told me to evacuate outside while walking around, and when I went to the lobby, the firefighters were gathered and dealing with it. Fortunately, it wasn't a big fire, and the smoke was coming in from the outside because the cigarette thrown into the sewer was burning with other garbage, but even if it wasn't a big deal, the hotel gave an alarm to evacuate and explained it later, which was quite satisfying. I chose this hotel because I was staying for 4 nights, and I'm so satisfied that if I have a chance to visit Rome later, I will definitely choose it.

My adult self and my adult mother and spent a few days in Rome, and we were fortunate enough to be able to stay at Hotel Artemide. The stay we had was unbelievable. I've traveled on vacation to 20+ countries in my life, and I've never been so happy with my stay anywhere. The hotel was classy. The room was nice and clean, and we lucked out and were able to get an upgraded room with an amazing porch/courtyard area. It was unreal. The accommodations were so nice! One of the nights we stayed in a suite with a private rooftop spa. I don't know what I did in life to deserve it, but I'll be forever grateful... what an amazing stay. The front desk staff and the staff at the morning breakfast buffet (likely the most delicious and all encompassing breakfast I've ever seen at a hotel) were the most helpful, welcoming, and nice people. The service made us feel like royalty!! I'm sorry that I'm able to write this review so much later on, I don't remember everyone's names anymore... but they all deserve recognition for their outstanding customer service. Not to mention the location was perfect for walking to the Colloseum, the train station, and many other tourist locations on that side of the city. There are not enough good things to say about this hotel and its people. This is the best hotel!!!!

Stayed at this hotel as part of our 2 week road trip holiday in Italy. This was our 6th hotel out of 7 we had booked for the holiday and was the best of the lot. It all started with a fantastic check in experience - the staff couldn’t go further out of their way to help. We received 2 vouchers for Prosecco to have on their roof top bar and we were then shown to our room on 6th floor (#623) which was one of their basic double rooms. Although small we were more than happy with it as it was super modern and everything felt new. The drinks in the mini bar were included which was a nice touch. Bathroom was super good and modern with really good lighting. Beds were comfortable but pillows could have been better. After our 3 nights stay (21-24 August 2022) here’s my overall view: Breakfast - best of all the hotels we stayed at, the choice was fantastic with a good mix of hot and cold food. Pastries were lush and really made the hotel stand out from all others Customer service - outstanding, with a particular callout for the breakfast restaurant staff and the manager who kept bringing us treats (wears a white jacket) Location - very central and located on a good street. It’s only a short walk from major tourist attractions (eg colosseum), the main train station and top notch restaurants. Bedroom - beautifully furnished and very functional. Mini bar included. Only downside is air conditioning wasn’t good. It was either too hot or too cold. Overall we will definitely stay at this hotel again and now we’re back in Dubai writing this review we can honestly say it was the BEST HOTEL experience of all seven hotels we stayed in

As for the air conditioning, each room is equipped with a room thermostat through which each guest can independently decide not only the temperature degrees in the room but also the level of airflow from the fan coils, as well as the dehumidification. Great stay in Rome ”
Friendly hotel who stored our bags securely while we visited Rome as too early for check in when we arrived. Was pleased to be upgraded and then greeted with some wine for my husbands birthday. A slight issue with the room key/lock on the first night was quickly resolved the following day whilst we where out and returned to a huge fruit basket and card to apologize for the inconvenience. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic, we couldn't fit in the made to order options as the buffet was so extensive! Coffee was to die for! would stay again as centrally located and rooms comfortable. Didn't make it to use our welcome drink voucher as we where always too late by the time we got back.

The staff here are so friendly and welcoming! This was our first trip to Rome, my husband, 13 year old daughter and myself. We had a deluxe triple room which was very spacious and clean. Comfortable beds and great linens. The bathroom had a wonderful shower and they provide all of your toiletries in case you forget something. If we needed anything - a taxi, a Covid test location, etc. they were happy to provide it immediately. At breakfast, the staff are a joy to talk to and they welcome you like family. Salvatore especially! The breakfast spread is very diverse with everything from eggs to bacon to bruschetta to cheesecake! Plus many healthy options. It was an absolute delight to stay at Hotel Artemide. We didn’t want our trip to end. I’d stay again any time I’m back in Rome and will recommend it to anyone who’s going. Thank you for making our stay so great and unforgettable!
