Price was extremely worth it. Water, kettle, glasses and coffee was provided. Shampoo, body wash, toothbrush and toothpaste provided too. The hot shower will take some time to heat up but other than that everything was comfortable enough. Small room but understandable for the price. There are a lot of restaurants/bars downstairs and it’s very nearby sutera mall too. Would definitely revisit if I’m in JB.
The room has two levels... the upper level has 2 queen beds and the lower level has one single bed. The toilet is just fine, but the water pressure is very slow for the toilet and sink. The TV can connect to Wi-Fi and can access premium YouTube. Although the TV is small, it's good enough for family entertainment. The wallpaper is dark, suitable for those who enjoy a dim atmosphere... although some may not like it, it's fine for us. The lift and toilet lights have modern features because they are touch screen... cleanliness is maintained... toiletries provided include toothbrush, shampoo, and bath gel. There's a kettle and instant coffee. The passage to each room is quite narrow... as expected from a budget hotel... every space must be utilized. All the receptionists are nice. Overall, for me, this hotel is reasonable.

We checked-in close to midnight. There are sufficient public car park lots. Do ensure you have RM50 with you to pay for a deposit which will be refunded to you when you check out. The room was small but decent. The room I was allocated to doesn't have a window. Cleanliness of the room was OK. I noticed there wasn't a fridge there too. Overall, not too bad for a short stay.

“Disappointing Stay – Outdated Facilities, Poor Maintenance & Inconvenient Setup”
We had a disappointing experience during our stay at this hotel. The unit was old and clearly worn out, with multiple maintenance issues. The door card access system didn’t work, and we were eventually given a physical key. Unfortunately, the door kept setting off an alarm at night, which disturbed our sleep. Staff had to come and dismantle the battery from the door sensor just to stop the noise. The bathroom was very narrow and cramped, making it hard to move in and out. The toiletries provided were extremely small—barely enough for one wash. The shower head was damaged, the water pressure was weak, and the hot water was not actually hot. We booked through Agoda at a reasonable price, and the listing mentioned a "double bed." However, it was unclear whether this meant a standard double or queen. The bed was far too small to accommodate two adults and two kids comfortably. As a result, we had to book an additional room next door for the children. This turned out to be the last available room, and unfortunately, Wi-Fi did not reach that part of the building, which made things even more inconvenient. On top of that, the price at the counter was almost double what we initially paid through Agoda. Overall, the condition of the hotel and the overall experience were very disappointing. The facilities are outdated, and the service, while polite, couldn’t make up for the poor infrastructure. Definitely not value for money, even at the discounted rate.
