Affordable accommodation, feels like another world (first time staying). Stayed on the 29th floor with a beautiful view. The room is private and consists of 2 connecting rooms. Despite the large number of people, check-in/check-out was quick because there were many staff members. Complete facilities, such as a large water park with strong water slides. It's crowded, but it's not strange because the hotel is suitable for families. There is also a large swimming pool on the 31st floor with a beautiful view. There is a free Jacuzzi, steam sauna on the same floor as the swimming pool. For dinner, we went to Sola Luna Rooftop on the 32nd floor. Good view, spacious restaurant, and delicious food at a reasonable price. Ordered a seafood spaghetti for two. For breakfast, we also had it on the 32nd floor. There are many options to choose from, and the ice cream is delicious. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommended for families looking for activities.

Impressed with everything in the hotel and it's definitely worth the money and time. Based on the previous reviews, I was a bit worried about the crowd and long queues, but it turned out that there were indeed a lot of people, but the queues were not long at all. Both the dining area and the entertainment facilities were lively and fun. The decoration was amazing, from the rooms to the water park and game room. I give it a full 5 stars. The staff provided excellent service at every point and we didn't encounter any unpleasant experiences despite the large crowd. Special thanks to the friendly head of the front desk who provided us with information and took good care of us from the moment we arrived until we left. Highly recommended. We will definitely come back.

Fun and easy”
Everything was made very easy for us from start to finish. When we arrived it was east to find indoor parking and very fast. Some of the directional signage around the first couple of floors in the car park can be a bit confusing so be careful and take it slow when finding a space. Cars taller than 2m must park on the first floor so maybe call ahead to ensure a space if your car is over 2m. We were able to park up and get to the lobby very quickly and was greeted and directed by the friendly staff. There was a lot of paperwork to sign which is annoying but this is common in Thailand and normal for hotels all across the country. You are given two tokens when you check in which can be used on the grab machines to win a plush toy themed to the hotel mascots, to spend in the gift shop or use for mini golf. We had a go on the grab machines and won a plush toy which was nice. The theming is amazing for a hotel, it really feels like something that should be part of a larger theme park or resort. It is very impressive - the water park is great and the slides are fast and good for adrenaline even though they look small. The lazy river was really peaceful and fun with great theming throughout. The steam and waterfalls really add to the relaxation and fun, and you could go around and around all day and not get bored of it. The gaming room looked amazing from outside and walking up the steps really felt and looked like being abducted by a spacecraft, lovely attention to detail. At the top of the steps there was a sign saying to contact a member of staff for access but people were freely going in and out so a little confusing but they had some really cool gaming facilities like Xbox, Pinball machines (Godzilla and Star Wars Mandalorian) Table hockey, pool and others. The mini golf looked really impressive at night time with the planets of the solar system coming out of the bushes, but the golf course itself seemed a little underwhelming. The foam pool also looked amazing at night, being lit up like a spiral galaxy on the surface of the oval shaped pool which really added to the theming and atmosphere. Our room was clean and tidy and the sparkling stars on the wall and ceiling was a nice touch. Wonderful views of Pattaya beach and sea, especially at night time. The balcony was spacious and comfortable, and the TV services were also easily operated and convenient. There were many Thai and American/European news channels and links to sign in to YouTube and Netflix. The air conditioning was powerful and lighting facilities give you a high level of control. The bed was large and comfortable with an extra pillow available in the room along with extra large comfy and absorbent bath robes and slippers. The snacks and drinks in the fridge and tea and coffee services were all complimentary so you didn’t have to worry about being charged later for eating or drinking anything in the room which felt great. The bathroom is big with a very large shower with an over head, extra large rain style shower head and a smaller mobile shower head included. There is a glass door and large bench in the shower too so you can sit if you like. There is also a wide and deep bath that has a giant window looking into the rest of the room and out to the view from the window which is a nice touch. There is an option to close this window so you can’t see into the bathroom and a cover is lowered electronically which feels cool and adds to the spaceship theme. The bathroom mirror comes with touch screen controls which again is really cool and stylish and fits the theming again. There is a futuristic Japanese toilet which has so many crazy options and features you could spend the entire stay sat on the toilet trying them all. This is a family hotel and we visited in the school holiday so it was full of families and children, which adult couples might think would be annoying but it really wasn’t - there is so much for the kids to do and it’s lovely to see so many enjoying th

I had the pleasure of staying at Grande Centre Point Space Pattaya for two nights, and it was an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The facilities were impressive, and it was clear a lot of thought had gone into creating a comfortable, luxurious environment. Our family absolutely loved the spacious rooms, the pool area, and the various amenities provided. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and designed with guest comfort in mind. The space-themed decor was a unique and exciting touch. It was not only visually stunning, but also incredibly fun and engaging for both adults and kids.
