Overall everything is clean &tidy & almost perfect especially the bedsheets,pillows, washroom,floor carpet ,fridge & bathtub,pool ,hotel room air ,hot water are all in good shape & condition.Honestly quality standard is alot better than KSL hotel nearby cuz the lift is super fast and not crowded.The spa masseuse & room service is superb,well the hotel reception is very good and well groom and thanks again to Mr Pavi for great &kind assistance Nice & big room 1519,However the wifi in the room is fantastic 👍👍 However the hotel restaurant for is so tasty & delicious Absolutely correct I shall recommend you guys to check it yourself & you shall not get disappointed at all ok 💖💖 even though it is quite many years hotel but hotel room,sauna,pool,gym are very well maintained 😂😂 count on me cuz I checked in again ha...✈️✈️
We stayed at Grand Paragon Hotel for a quick weekend getaway, and while the exterior of the hotel looked a bit dated and slightly sketchy at first glance, the overall experience was surprisingly good. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the toilet was spotless — which we really appreciated. For those driving in, the carpark felt safe and secure, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Breakfast was decent with a fair variety, though it did get quite crowded during peak hours. It’s best to head down earlier if you want a quieter experience. All in all, a good and comfortable stay for couples looking for a convenient stop in JB. We’d consider coming back.
