We had a very pleasant stay at Dormitelph Ecohotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and pleasantly cool, and the staff were generally very hospitable and accommodating. However, we would like to raise one concern regarding an employee named Roger. While it is completely understandable and acceptable to be charged for an extra bed, it could have been handled in a nicer and more professional way. Another staff member informed us that the extra bed charge was ₱500, but when Roger billed us, it was ₱1000. He insisted on charging us again despite the assurance from his colleague that ₱500 was already settled. What made the situation worse was during checkout, when he remarked in front of us that he would just charge the difference to one of his co-workers. This was quite unprofessional and uncomfortable for us as guests to overhear. Aside from this incident, everything else about our stay was wonderful. We truly appreciate the warm hospitality of the other staff and the quality of service at Dormitelph Ecohotel
