This hotel has all of the amenities you would expect from a Hyatt. Our rooms were roomy and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

I loved our stay at the Hyatt. It was an easy walk with small children to the Coke factory, the Georgia Museum, and the CNN Center. Loved that the mall was attached to the hotel, too. I didn't give 5s overall because the floor had something sticky and for the five days I was there the stickiness was too.

I enjoyed my stay, but little things like paying $10/day for wifi or $3 for the bottled water in room is just annoying when you're staying at a nice hotel.

This is a solid 4 star hotel. It has a very chic lobby and feel, but it feels dated. My room was really dark - due to decorating decisions. That is not really my style. I like to see what I'm doing. I reside in Atlanta & have watched this hotel get re-bought .. but my stay was kinda horrible .. I was there for one night the faucets sink and tub had little to no water pressure until my check out day around 8/9 in the morning.. the ice machine on the 15th floor wasnt working... An option if you have no choice or recovering from Jetlag. is pretty old and run down, but told most are around Atlanta area.

Great service every day we saw the same person and she was amazing!!! She made sure my daughter and I had everything we needed, and when we checked out my daughter forgot her pillow and before we walked out of the hotel she brought my daughter's pillow down awesome service!!!!

I the change my travel plans was looking for great hotel pricing and stumbled upon Agoda.com. The prices for hotel rooms were reasonably priced so I went to their website and booked a room. It was quick and easy an in less than a minute I received an email saying that my booking was confirmed and complete.

The only complaint we had was that the wall in the bathroom was pretty nasty when we arrived, and the bathroom sink clogged immediately on the first day and didn’t drain for the rest of the time we were there. Only thing i didnt like was that the hotel held a extra $25 a night on my credit card at check-in. Those fees should be posted on the website to let guess know so its no surprises and also ice makers didnt work on 2 floors. Had to go 3 floors up to hunt down ice

Although somewhat more pricey than other accommodations available close to the airport, Best Western Plus is an excellent option. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for business and leisure travelers. Best Western Plus Atlanta is highly recommended for short or long stays in Atlanta.

first time stay at this hotel, very nice place and facilities

Beautiful patio, decent breakfast, easy in and out and a great location for your dollar. I could have paid 100 dollars more and stayed for exactly the same accommodations but for name recognition only. Great Place in Downtown Atlanta for the price!

Loved the location. Easy, short walk to stadium. We felt safe walking at night. Excellent Mexican restaurant right around the corner called No Mas. Hotel Staff were super friendly and breakfast was delicious. Also, I was happy to have free parking. We will be back. I never leave reviews, but this one deserves 5 stars.

I booked a two day stay here.. The hotel smelled of musty and in serious need of some carpet cleaning & could possibly use some open windows to allow fresh air in to get the smell out...The staff was beyond helpful & very friendly!! The lobby was amazing & tricked me into believing the rooms were just as nice.. This place needs better cleaning & plug ins

i enjoyed my stay at the hyatt down town atlanta and will use the hotel again.

We got a room at the 59th floor and the view was awesome. The rotating restaurant at the 70th floor served delicious food and the staff was outstanding. The location is perfect and the room was huge and comfortable. Only the valet parking has some room for improvement, we had to wait 20 min for our car and $32 per night is not adequate for the service!

This should be a good hotel once the remodel is done. When we were there the roof and much more was in shambles. Staff seemed to be having trouble keeping up with things like getting the TV to work. Not much in the kitchen to use.
