"The hotel is located a bit out of the center, yet close enough to everything... Easy to go to the Garda lake, excellent restaurants 5 minutes away by car, good access to the center (by bus, because parking in the center of Verona is expensive). There is a free parking belonging to the hotel, which is actually difficult to find elsewhere. The service is very good, receptionist is very helpful. Breakfast is quite rich and nice, and you will get a personal welcome and get to order a hot drink as soon as you arrive in the breakfast room! Rooms are spacious and comfortable enough. Overall this hotel was well worth it, and I would probably go there again if I get to stay in Verona again. The only weakness I can think of, is the fact the hotel is a bit far from Verona center, but we got there by bus anyway, with the help of the staff who kindly provided us with a timetable, bus tickets, and a map ... "Nice big hotel in the suburban area of Verona, big spacious room although its a bit outdated. decent quality breakfast with a lot of choices. However, there was a rude lady who completely ignored me at the reception, even when I was standing right in front of her and trying to say hello. The other male staff members were very polite and warm. and just FYI, the underground parking is not free, it costs 8 euros per day."
