"This report could be simply expressed with the words “ stay here”. I have been a guest at the Siam Bayshore Pattaya hotel 4-5 times this year already. I use the term ”been a guest” because this hotel goes out of its way to make you feel "a guest". This is simply the best hotel I stay in , in Asia. My work takes me to pretty much all corners of the globe and as a result I stay allot of nights in hotels of various quality and service levels. The Siam Bayshore Pattaya really does try and make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as they can. The staff are brilliant, always smiling, helpful and very very happy to help with anything. This of course reflects on the management at this hotel as you don’t get exemplary service in the hotel business if you don’t have outstanding hotel management. Siam Bayshore Pattaya could best be described as close to everything but far from the madness… it’s close to all the restaurants and bars on Walking street but its far enough away that at night sitting by the pool it’s just you and the occasional chirp of geckos and crickets. The pool area is very relaxing and nice for adults with fun theme slide for young ones. They have a great poolside drink and food menu as well.. Rooms are very clean and well appointed with lots of room…. get a pool side room…its worth it. Its little details I like and things like a little well lit magnifying mirror to shave by next to the basin, things like internet which is blazingly quick, things like afternoon cookies which they drop off… So many hotels tell you they offer great service but rarely do they deliver. The Siam Bayshore Pattaya just does it constantly.. every time. In writing this I’m trying to offer the reader a balanced view and also mention some things that the hotel could do better or improve on… but I’m scratching my head to think of any with this hotel….. If your coming to Pattaya then the Siam Bayshore Pattaya is the place to stay whether you’re here on business or vacation . "

"loved this hotel. we originally stayed 4 nights and then later came back for another 5 nights. the best thing about this hotel is the views. every room has an awesome view. they each have a balcony (most with a couple of chairs on them to sit and enjoy the view). the rooms are modern, clean and beautifully presented. the hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. the location of the hotel cannot be beaten. it is at the quieter end of jomtien beach road, however still an easy walk to all of the restaurants, bars etc. bhart buses came past all the time. never had to wait more than 2 minutes for a bhart bus, and for 10 bhart per person you can travel the length of jomtien. these same buses go through to pattaya. the hotel has 2 wonderful pools, and the beach is across the road. the breakfasts offer an extensive choice of food, although the hot food is not always as hot as you would like. the beds at the hotel have hard mattresses, however this appears to be the norm throught all of thailand. when booking through agoda the value for money is exceptional.i would recommend this hotel, and i will be returning!!!"

"My stay was actually very good. The rooms are amazing and most importantly.... they are clean!!!! I stayed in the deluxe room and it is very spacious. The decor is simply stunning and most importantly, the beds at this hotel are actually soft!! 90% of beds in Pattaya are like bricks so this was a great surprise. If staying here I wouldn't recommend the standard room only because the toilet is shared with the shower so it seems really weird to me. Plus the standard is very very small. The only 3 complaints that I have is that the internet is some of the worst and slowest I've experienced in Thailand. Its almost unusable. There is hardly any room between the toilet and shower. The toilets are shoved up too close making it very difficult to be comfortable while sitting down. I actually had to sit sideways lol. Lastly, the showers have both a rainfall shower head and also a handheld shower head. For some reason hot water would come out of the rainfall head but would not come out of the handheld one. Aside from that, this hotel has the friendliest staff I have ever had the pleasure of being around. Ive stayed at a lot of hotels in Pattaya including the epic Centara Grand Mirage and this hotel just kills the competition on staff friendliness. Is this hotel worth staying at?? Definitely!!. There are very few hotels in Pattaya that offer a perfect experience. Most don't have good internet, most have hot water issues, most only look clean on the outside, etc etc. So yes, I would stay here again."

"The location of this spectacular Pattaya hotel is ideal..... right across the street from the beach ....don't miss the view From the terrace in Tower one. Best value for the money I've ever seen. Surpassed my expectations in every respect. The breakfast is an unbelievable all you can eat buffet. Resembles brunch more than breakfast. All the amenities and Furnishings are spectacular. The lobby makes you feel like you've entered the Palace of royalty. The swimming pool is also very lovely located between the towers. The restaurant has an outdoor patio overlooking the sidewalk with live music at night. The Seedy-side reputation of Pattaya won't bother you at this location."

"The place is nice. I had an issue with the noise in the room and the staff handled it promptly. It's a good location, and it has a nice restaurant. The staff is very helpful. VC is great hotel, but they have a predominately Indian and Arab customer base. I don't know the exact reason for this, but that seems to be the case."
