"could check in earlier as announced, all handled well, great staff and very friendly and helpful, even got a huge lunch bag due to early check out place was unexpected nice, as from outside it gave a different feeling, all was clean, room fairly big, just the heater too hot and could not be adjusted, so I had to sleep with open window, which in Palermo center is very noisy"

"Wow, I have traveled the world and have stayed in many places from the Ritz to hostels. This is by far the nicest place I've ever stayed. The apartment is so nice we didn't want to leave. We even extended our stay because of it. The location is fantastic and we used the terrace quite a bit. Book here without hesitations and plan to be blown away!!!"
