Excellent hotel. Staff was terrific. Grounds were beautiful. It needs a little renovation,looks a bit tired but it did not spoil our stay. We were given a suite even though we only paid for a room. Access to the beach strip through a gate at the back of the property was wonderful when going to explore restaurants. Beach is gorgeous...just across the street. Access to the 806 bus into Palermo stops just across the street. Beautiful views from the rooms' balconies--all face the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great 1 night stay. Hotel is very central for all in Palermo. Staff very helpful both in advance of our arrival and during. We had the wonderful surprise of a fabulous room upgrade as it was relatively low season. Though of course not everyone can get this it is lovely when it happens ! The roof top restaurant is superd .... very romantic views and sunset ......

We stayed for 6 nights (March 30 - April 5, 2013). My wife absolutely wanted a hotel with a pool, which narrowed our choice of hotel down by a lot. Can't say enough about this modern, clean, and beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown Palermo. Great proximity to restaurants, shopping, and tourist sites...and the bud to the airport is right around the corner. The staff was amazingly helpful, and made for a great few days in wonderful Sicily.

I really thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Brunaccini, the interior has a quaint mix of new and old that somehow really works. My room was awesome, spacious and with a really nice balcony. Wow, I have traveled the world and have stayed in many places from the Ritz to hostels. This is by far the nicest place I've ever stayed. The apartment is so nice we didn't want to leave. We even extended our stay because of it. The location is fantastic and we used the terrace quite a bit. Book here without hesitations and plan to be blown away!!!

professional concierge service, gentle greeting, a few steps away from shopping via della Libertà and from the culture institiutions like Teatro Massimo and Politeama. the rooms are spacious and clean. Bathroom and sanitary fixtures are working well all time. Good will could be better.

Let me just clarify why I've given this a low mark on location; We were a couple on holiday visiting Palermo and although this hotel is only a few kilometres from the City, the walk is almost impossible because of the crazy traffic, taking a taxi will add at least 50 Euros per day to your stay. We had booked a junior suite and we would call it a large room, but not a suite. No Sofa, just two chairs, normal sized room ,large bathroom. Clean, spacious and close to centre and attractions. To see the heart of Palermo and walk to everything. Staff excellent.

Parking is catastrophal, no place. Even in the parking garage they wanted to keep our key...bcos there was no space, so the guy can keep moving the vehicles if needed. The room is nice and new. The center of Palermo is 15 min, the beach 20 by car.

very professional staff working there, kind and at disposal to help with informations. envirorment definitely impressive cause once upon a time it was a bank and there are still something that reminds it.. check it out! roomes are brands new, not so big but confortable.

Very reasonably priced and well located, friendly place. Only problem is noise from the water pipes and people coming and going could be a problem for light sleepers

Nice service - great location near ferry and ok city - walking distance. Rooms are clean and being modernized. Parking next door. Nice people at hotel, always taking time to help. Like all the great graffiti paintings all over Palermo, also the hotel stairways are being decorated this way.

huge apartment very luxurious clean quiet half an hour from historical centre of palermo .Very friendly owners who gave us tips about what to visit and where to eat cheap authentic italian food. We felt very comfortable in middle of an authentic Sicilian couple very supportive and beautiful .well done

We didn't spent too much time at the hotel, but the staff was friendly, the rooms and common spaces were clean and the breakfast was very great with an extensive selection. The only problem was that the maid ignored our Do Not Disturb sign and she was cleaning our room while we were at breakfast only an hour before we were to check out and moved our stuff around to cle...

The historical center is literally at the next corner. Comfortable apartment planning. You have to go up a ladder before the sleep :) The rooms are kept clean permanently and every day you get croissants for the breakfast which you can cook for yourself. Absolutely recommend!

Before our stay, Gabriel contacted me to find out what time we planned to arrive. He also provided useful information on transportation options from the airport to downtown Palermo.
