Palermo hotels & places to stay

Access to the beach strip through a gate at the back of the property was wonderful when going to explore restaurants. Beach is gorgeous...just across the street. Access to the 806 bus into Palermo stops just across the street. Beautiful views from the rooms' balconies--all face the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great 1 night stay. Hotel is very central for all in Palermo. Staff very helpful both in advance of our arrival and during. We had the wonderful surprise of a fabulous room upgrade as it was relatively low season. Though of course not everyone can get this it is lovely when it happens ! The roof top restaurant is superd .... very romantic views and sunset ......

We stayed for 6 nights (March 30 - April 5, 2013). My wife absolutely wanted a hotel with a pool, which narrowed our choice of hotel down by a lot. Can't say enough about this modern, clean, and beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown Palermo. Great proximity to restaurants, shopping, and tourist sites...and the bud to the airport is right around the corner. The staff was amazingly helpful, and made for a great few days in wonderful Sicily.

Wow, I have traveled the world and have stayed in many places from the Ritz to hostels. This is by far the nicest place I've ever stayed. The apartment is so nice we didn't want to leave. We even extended our stay because of it. The location is fantastic and we used the terrace quite a bit. Book here without hesitations and plan to be blown away!!!

We had booked a junior suite and we would call it a large room, but not a suite. No Sofa, just two chairs, normal sized room ,large bathroom. very professional staff working there, kind and at disposal to help with informations. envirorment definitely impressive cause once upon a time it was a bank and there are still something that reminds it.. check it out! roomes are brands new, not so big but confortable.

Nice service - great location near ferry and ok city - walking distance. Rooms are clean and being modernized. Parking next door. Nice people at hotel, always taking time to help. Like all the great graffiti paintings all over Palermo, also the hotel stairways are being decorated this way.

We didn't spent too much time at the hotel, but the staff was friendly, the rooms and common spaces were clean and the breakfast was very great with an extensive selection. The only problem was that the maid ignored our Do Not Disturb sign and she was cleaning our room while we were at breakfast only an hour before we were to check out and moved our stuff around to cle...

The historical center is literally at the next corner. Comfortable apartment planning. You have to go up a ladder before the sleep :) The rooms are kept clean permanently and every day you get croissants for the breakfast which you can cook for yourself. Absolutely recommend!

If you arrived by train, try ask for the bus to the door of the hotel. It was far away from the station. Room was big and in-room breakfast was free-of-charge (since there was only 2 tables in the dining room).

We arrived in Palermo after dark and winded our way through the maze of streets until we found the B&B. Emiliano came down to greet us, brought our large suitcases up 4 flights of stars and then showed us where to park the car. The check in instructions were very clear and relevant thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The B&B was minutes away from the main tourist street...

Located close to the boulevard and on the edge of the old town. Inside it is however in perfect condition be it more functional than emphasis on beauty and is often the case in Italy. The staff was very helpful and found out any question or service needed.

The hotel is in a good location - easy walking distance to main attractions and restaurants etc. The staff were very nice and helpful and the rooms were comfortable and clean. We were there in off-season so got a great rate - extremely good value for money. Ask the hotel ahead of your stay where to park as it can be difficult finding a park on your own in Palermo. Than...

We really enjoyed our stay at BB22, it's a little hole in the wall bed and breakfast of only 7 rooms. That means you get great attention from the staff, the place is not overly crowded and you get a sense of space and boutiqueness unique to a place like that. We had the suite so we had a luxurious room complete with a claw foot tub in the middle of the room.

Everything was perfect, staff very friendly. Good location - 5 mins to walk from main str.

Cefalu is a really beautiful town and Matteo's room/cottage/apartment is in the dream location; Just a few meters from the sandy beach in an ancient little street. Ok it's small but it's great, it's ideal for couples or those with a small child. If you're booking this... I'm jealous; Can't wait to return.

Impeccably clean and well supported by the owner. The service is such that you feel that you are living with friends. This easily outweighs a few minor negatives the biggest being the noisy environment in this part of the city. We will deginetly return if we ever visit Palermo again.
