"There were 11 members of the family checked in at this hotel for 2 nights, when we had our lunch on the second day we pre order our lunch and instructed the staff to notify us when the food is ready. after an hour the staff notify us every one was hungry and looking forward to lunch when we sat down at the table there were only the 2 order of the bangus sinigang no rice and the mixed platter of meat and seafood, the rice and the other dishes was serve at least 40 minutes later so our lunch was ruined. when the rice was serve it was uncooked their reason was that 2 of their rice cooker brook down. when we check out i discovered that a room service was charged to our room totalling to approx. 400 hundred pesos when we deny that this order does not belong to us and were not welling to pay for it, it took them at least 30 minutes to find out which room actually order the food this delayed our departure. "I stayed at Gunthers Southern Leyte resort 1 extra day I enjoyed it so much. Super menu with all sorts of food, pasta, local, exotic. Gunther the owner and Stano the dive master is always ready to help and offer advice, I am a snorkeler , I don't dive. The wifi is the best in the area. Nice room with incredible water pressure. The girls who serve the meals are smiling and lovely. Back off the road so it's quiet. Sea side view for fantastic sunset photos. Tangkaan is a great place to snorkel it took me more then 2 hours from beginning to end, the longest I have ever done."
