"The location is amazing its less than 100 m to the middle of Istiklal street. A walk distance to the bus and metro station. There is a bar beside the hotel but it wasn't noisy for me probably because I was in the fourth floor. I had a single room which was almost like the pictures, it was clean and nice. The only downside is although it has a window unlike the pictures this window is useless as it views the corridor not the street so you would always need to turn on the air condition in order not to get a suffocation feeling. Not sure if all the single rooms has the window issue or only my room. The staff was helpful when I asked them for anything, they helped me with the bags to the first floor as the elevator starts from the first floor not the ground. An Early check-in was not possible but they kept my luggage. Breakfast was good for what you pay and the staff in the restaurant was always smiling. Free Wifi is available. I'd rate it as 3 stars hotel."

"I very recommend this hostel to backpackers who want come to Istanbul.. Very friendly staff and very kindly receptionist.. The room and toilet are very clean.. And you get free breakfast with tea or coffee every morning at 8 am. 3 things that i always remember about this hostel: first is Tom, I miss him, maybe sometimes he will meet Jamilah, my cat. The second is I get free loundry.. I saved my some clothes before leaving for Berlin and after I returned to this hostel my clothes had been wash.. thank for you all.. And third is The receptionist cares about my prayer. When I want to Subuh prayer, I ask permission to pray in the reception area, because I can't pray in the room, but the guy forbade me to pray in the reception area because of a lot of alcohol spills on the floor, and he wasn't sure if the floor was clean from alcohol. He gave me a prayer mat and asked me to pray outside because he thought it was cleaner and purer.. Thanks guy, May ALLAH always bless you Hanchi, Best regards from me"

"The hostel is ideally located in Taskim neighborhood. It is approx 10 mins walk from nearest Havataş Airport Bus stop and 5 mins from intercity bus stop Elmadağ. The hostel itself was very neat and clean, toilets and common pathways were also cleaned and maintained. Room were of good size and had good size locker where I easily kept a small hand trolley bag and backpack. The breakfast is served everyday on 6th floor roof terrace which is accessible with lift. They even allowed me to keep my bags in the hostel luggage area after I checked out for 8-9 hours. There are shops nearby to hostel and 2 mins to a small Turkish restaurant. Overall a very nice experience. The only thing I did not like was that the check-in time was 3pm and it seemed that even though my room was available they did not allow me to check-in until 2:50 pm, I might be wrong but that's what i felt. "With tourist map from the hotel, it is pretty much help to elaborate major sites in Istanbul due to ease access by subway & tram and train. You only need to cross a zebra cross in front of the hotel to go down into the subway. A person needs to pay 3 TL (Turkey Lira) for subway or tram or train. I have stayed there only two days and one night but it was enough for sightseeing Europe side of Bosphorus."
