"First of all, this hotel is cheaper than other hotels in Incheon. The hotel was recently built, so the room is clean. However, size of single bed is small so it may be hard for a big foreigner to use it.And male employees are not as kind and professional as female employees. The free valet service is excellent"

"I've stayed at this property every time I've traveled to Incheon and I can recommend this hotel 100%. It's very close to the subway station and has several convenient stores around. Also there are several restaurants around the area to eat at night. As for the hotel, it's always clean and rooms are not exception. There are clean robes near the reception and there are coin laundry machines if you need to use them. The breakfast offered is great: mostly Korean dishes (kimchi, rice, different kinds of soups, egg and several side dishes) but also bread and cereal if you don't like Korean breakfast food."

"We used this hotel for our 13 hour transits in Incheon to Bangkok Thailand and from Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam. We have no problems each time we used this hotel (used them a total of 4 times within two SouthEast Asia trips). The pick us up promptly at Incheon airport, just need to call them from the Airport (ask at the information desk) and they tell you where to meet the shuttle van that they send over. The person who answers the phone speaks English well enough so that you understand the directions. They check you in no matter what time of day. We checked in at 9am one morning and even as late as 10pm at night. If they don't have shuttle service available, they will call a tax for you (you pay for the taxi yourself). The area is great, lots of eateries! and Convenience stores! The facilities are great! Even a computer for your use! No problems at AirRelax Incheon Hotel. We will ALWAYS use this as our transit hotel for it is only a 10 minute ride to and from Incheon airport. "

"When I go back to Incheon/Seoul area I will definitely stay here again. Hotel is clean and well kept. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. They speak English, so won’t have any translation issue. Don’t expect this place to be Four Seasons in NY, but for American travelers, you will have everything you need. This is very reasonably price hotel right by the beach. Make sure to try Kalguksu (seafood noodle soup) at one of the restaurants nearby. I went to one with red roof by the main road. Delicious! One convenience I LOVED was Incheon Airport Maglev train (monorail) that was located a block away. This train is free! There are only six stops, from airport to Young Yu (where the hotel is located). One of the stops in the middle is right by eMart (Korea’s version of Target), so you can buy all your necessities. Take this Maglev train all the way the airport, from there go to the 1st floor, and you can take AREX (subway), KTX (train), bus, taxi to go to ANY parts of Korea. Using subway, from Incheon Airport to Seoul station is about 40 minutes for about $5. If you go by bus, it’s hour and half, and price is $10 -15. I highly recommend using subway. It is easy, amazing, and English signs everywhere. For those who have time to kill at Incheon Airport. Go to 4th floor for good food. 3rd floor Tous Le Jours have great coffee and great price. To go basement level, B1, if you need to buy toothbrush, water, and such. But if you have several hours to kill, take Maglev and go to eMart, and Youg Yu for Kalguksu, or walk on the beach."
