“Spacious and clean room, suitable for all ages.”
I requested a high floor, quiet room and the hotel met that request so I’m quite satisfied. The check-in included a welcome drink which was lemonade, and I really liked it because it wasn’t too sour. The luggage was brought to the room quite quickly. My room was clean, beautiful, and airy, with facilities working well. The hotel has two swimming pools; personally, I prefer the pool on the third floor. It looks small in pictures but it has a more relaxed vibe. I guess because I visited around the holiday season, there were many families with young children swimming on the rooftop, making that pool seem small and too noisy. As someone in the industry, I also want to offer a few suggestions to the hotel as follows: - During check-in, there was a female staff member in a suit who processed our check-in and called us "sister". To me, that’s not appropriate. A companion of mine, who is outside the industry, also felt uncomfortable about this issue, not just me as someone in hospitality. I am easygoing, so I thought it was fine, but I just wanted to give this feedback so that everyone can be cautious in case they encounter more difficult customers in the future who might leave a worse review. - Some of the towels in the room were not clean, with a few gray stains. - Having a standing shower separate from the bathtub is a big plus, but the standing shower does not have a glass partition to prevent water from splashing outside, which is a significant drawback. Every time after showering, the floor gets completely wet, which could be dangerous for older guests. The hotel should reconsider the bathroom design. Just sharing these mild suggestions and not really complaining much, so I hope everyone can appreciate them :)
