First of all, the room that i got when I went to Surabaya is not the same like on the picture. But its ok for me. The location just a cross from pakuwon mall you can easily reach the mall by the walk through the PTC mall. The place is nice for us 6 people, but there is 1 bedroom is way to small for us. i definitely would come back again and crush the place since ist just a cross the mall and also around 30 minutes away from the airport.
